My request was handled efficiently and effectively, and done by maintenance people who are friendly, capable, and did not feel compelled to respond to service requests wearing only red Speedos, as was the case with previous maintenance workers.

Very quick response, experienced, and excellent maintenance and office staff!
I had a work order to fix a leaky faucet, and they did a great job! Submitted the order at night, they came by next day and completed it the following day as we had to leave the apartment for them to melt the plastic to fix the leak. At a previous apartment complex, they left my bathroom disgusting, Autumn Chase maintenance left my bathroom clean. They mentioned the odor of the work might linger, but it didn’t (might be the air purifiers we have that helped). Very satisfied with this work!

STAY AWAY!! I lived at autumn chase for 2 years. The apartments are overpriced for the quality. Several things were left in disrepair. (Nothing that that made the apartment unlivable, just an eyesore). The complex was not safe. There were regular thefts, including the catalytic converter on my truck. Worst of all, my wife paid for early release from our lease so we could accept job in Terre Haute. After we left they pulled up the carpet and sent us pictures of 2 spots on the underside. Both were small and faint and there were no pictures from the top. They demanded we pay them $750 over our lease but wouldn't offer any other proof. When i called to get more information, the complex manager (who was always nice but a little flaky) argued with me, kept cutting me off, and when i finally was able to tell her we needed more proof she hung up on me. The parent company was not helpful either. Ultimately we had to pay for the carpet to avoid it being sent to collections 100% wold not recommended
I have been here for over 4 years and I love it! My apartment is so spacious compared to most and has features others don’t have. The staff is great and very helpful and maintenance is always there in a timely manner. Snow removal is very good. The neighborhood is very quiet and I feel safe here. The neighbors are helpful and friendly but not bothersome. I looked at a lot of apartments even now when new ones open but all I see is what all I would have to give up and stay glad that I picked this one. I can’t wait for the pool to open!
I hated to leave!!!! :-( I lived in Autumn Chase for 5 years. I had 3 different apartments during that time, due to downsizing after kids leaving home and such. Each new apartment offered a new floor plan to redecorate! I enjoyed having a garage with each new place too. It is a MUST HAVE d/t parking was the biggest upset, however not dealing with removing snow from my car every winter was a PLUS!!! The property is always kept clean and well maintained. The maintenance crew were always above any other place that I've ever lived before. Kind and courteous, always a smiling, friendly face coming and going, waving hello. Emergencies were always handle even in the middle of the night, like when the heat went out during the winter. The property manager and her office staff are ALWAYS a ray of sunshine and they truly care about their residents!!! The pool is always kept clean and seeing the fountain illuminating at night is so peaceful. I even encouraged my kids to get their apartments here also because I knew it was a very SAFE place to live, especially in today's high crime. Even though I had to move out of state, I know they are in the BEST apartment complex on the south side of Indy!!!!! Looking for places to live here in Arizona, there will never be NO PLACE LIKE HOME!!!!!!

Been a resident since 2014 and will be renewing the lease this year. Maintenance staff are amazing. Tom, the maintenance manager, is great at his job. Issues are resolved quickly and you are never made to feel like you are a burden for putting in requests. I trust them to be in my apartment when I'm not here. Office staff are also friendly and helpful. As far as the actual apartments go, I have lived in every version except for the 1 bedroom. They are pretty good but have some flaws. Windows and doors are pretty drafty so you pay a lot in electric to keep the place at a comfortable temperature and the temp fluctuates pretty heavily between rooms. The Hawthorn model (smaller 2 bedroom) has the air intake for the heating and cooling right next to where most people will put their televisions which is SUPER annoying as it's very loud, so you are constantly changing your TV volume. Not a massive deal but someone didn't think that design choice through. Other than that, I like the layout for the most part. The grounds are really pretty, safe, and quiet. They chase the geese off but leave ducks and other wildlife which is nice. There is a playground for kids, I lived near it at one point and it didn't get very loud. The gym is this place's worst flaw. The equipment is old, the layout is awkward, and there are rarely cleaning wipes. Desperately wish they would get rid of the pool table in the next room, knock down that wall and expand the gym with some fresh equipment. The rent does go up every year, about $30. Not that big of a deal until you've been here for more than 5 years and then you realize you are paying way more than when you moved in. But for what we are paying now, I don't feel like I should also be paying for a Planet Fitness membership because the gym here is so bad. The pet weight limit is 25 lbs, which I hate. I've wanted a dog for years but have not gotten one because of that weight limit. I wish they would expand that limit because I find myself being barked at by tiny dogs a lot more than I have ever have medium-large dogs. Despite my critiques, we've lived here a long time, mainly because the staff is so great and the neighborhood feels safe. I'll be sad whenever it is time to leave, it has been a great home to us.
From submitting the application to moving in the Leasing staff has been friendly, helpful and very professional. After 3 months of living here I am even more pleased. Maintenance calls are responded to immediately, even to the point of replacing a light bulb. Two major things I appreciate are the quietness and the low utility bills. I have already recommended it to a friend.
For the most part the staff is nice and I have no issues. On the other hand the current manager is very rude and degrading, appliances are out dated and the rent is ridiculously high for what you get here. All in all I would recommend another location. Too many choices in the area to settle with Autumn Chase. Trust me you can do better .... Also the gym is equivalent to somebody's poor attempt at an "at home gym".
I love this complex! The rent is a great price for the apartments and the balcony's add a lot of love to the complex. The tennis court and pool are super nice, and the staff is great! I only wish it was closer to downtown Indianapolis
