So far so great. The apartment's staff are very welcoming and are efficient when it comes to their job. They made the move in process quick and easy. The apartment itself is beautiful. The maintenance team is also very quick to respond. The amenities of the property are very well up kept. Overall, my experience here has been great!

The staff at Aurora Watson is incredible. Ruth was helpful, thorough, and patient throughout the entire process. She made the transition effortless, and other staff members were just as great. Yemana was super responsive and attentive when I had to put in a work order. He showed up within an hour of the request!!! He also made sure that I was informed about the rental policy so I wouldn’t be charged upon moving out.

My move in experience was awsome everyone was so helpful and I got moved in with no problem. Staff was amazing they had my key ready when I arrived to move in and showed me where my movers could unload and use the elevator.

Karen went above and beyond to help me feel welcome from the moment I stepped inside to tour the property. She was very thorough and answered questions I didn’t know I had. The property itself is spotlessly clean with a gorgeous, contemporary interior design that feels sophisticated and yet cozy & comfortable. I enjoy living at Aurora Watson Branch. I've renewed my lease several times. The entire staff Sherry, Terrance, Ruth and Karen are friendly and always helpful. If I have an issue in my apartment maintenance always responds in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.

I have now lived at Aurora for a year and have decided to renew my lease for another 15 months. With that said; although I love the staff and still think this is a great location, there are issues that make me rate my experience at a 3. The water pressure is not great at all, you can hear almost everything from other units and outside, and most recently I have had issues with roaches in my unit for the past 6 months; which according to the pest control there is nothing I can do about it as it is not an issue of cleanliness or anything on my part, but an issue with holes/gapping under the cabinetry. All in all though; I do like my unit, majority of the residents are nice and welcoming, the office staff is great and fast acting with issues, and the cost is reasonable.

the doors slamming anytime anyone enters or leaves their apartment and dogs barking needs to be addressed. Walls are thin and you can actually hear your neighbors as if they are in your living room

The staff is very nice and welcoming. The complex is beautiful and theres plenty of amenities. The gym is great and theres a park less than 5 minutes away which is super nice.

I have moved in a few days ago and I am very satisfied with the staff, the amenities and the overall maintenance. My only complain so far is that sometimes during the night we can hear a loud and continuous popping noise coming from the wall between the bedroom and the bathroom. Not sure what it is (I guess it’s something related to the construction/pipes), but has awakened us two nights ago.

Great experience with smooth transition. I enjoy the running/ walking trail around the apartment community. Its beautiful and has a natural trail with trees and squirrels.

Smells like marijuana constantly. Good luck finding a dog waste bin not full. Hallways always have a awkward odor. Office staff is friendly. Could definitely use a cleaning service weekly.

It is amazing! Move in was a breeze. The gated community feels very safe and allows us to comfortably walk around the complex. It has a near playground with a trail that is convenient to walk out dog! Our fur baby loves it!

I’ve only been here for two months and so far I absolutely love it. Lease signing was fast and smooth. The staff is very nice and helpful. Miss Karen really makes this place feel like home, you are going to love her. The amenities here are top notch. You will not be disappointed!
Beautiful complex! Super clean very well put together and the staff is amazing! Super excited to be living here! Space for pets and guest is creative and super convenient when meeting up with guest and other dogs within the complex. Mrs. Karen was the most helpful and supportive leasing agent I’ve ever met. Super bubbly and energetic Mrs. Karen talked to all residents making everyone feel included and comfortable within the complex. Creating a sense of community and understanding I’m very confident in my partner and I’d choice to move into this wonderful community!
Love the friendly staff at this complex, how clean it is kept and the amenities it has to offer. The gym is great and the residents seem friendly.

I love the community. The location is great! Surrounded by stores and all kinds of restaurants, but is tucked away enough that it is a really quiet community as a whole. The only hiccup that I have found is that the neighbors can be a bit loud at times. I am on the third floor and my downstairs neighbor plays their music/T.V. loud enough that it shakes my belongings in my apartment. Outside of that one thing I love living in Aurora Watson Branch.

4th floor with the a/c units on the roof is a horrible living experience. Dog poop everywhere, It seems like all the irresponsible dog owners in Mansfield all live here. Doors slamming all day and night, especially the main doors.

Love this area nice and quiet. Love how the apartments are built. Walls are not thin, so I don’t hear my neighbors. I would definitely recommend!

2 out of 5 stars. The inside of buildings smell horrible all the time. Water leaks everywhere outside. Gates shut down randomly and just won’t open at times. Also no one picks up their dog poop.
