Property Ratings at Aubrey at Seaside
Do not move here! Not worth the ridiculous amount of money!! The “management” doesn’t really manage anything with the complex. I had multiple issues regarding safety with other residents and the office did nothing and just said call the police. But they will hound you to take away your dangerous floor mat in front of your door! Anything that would cause them extra work, they wouldn’t do. Had a neighbor that would blast music below me all day and night and the office did nothing. The only thing remotely nice about the complex is the pool and grills. But if you wanted to use them on the weekend, good luck!! Because other residents would have huge party’s and their loud guests would take all the pool chairs and grilling space. Don’t even think about walking on any of the grass!! There is dog poop everywhere because residents wouldn’t pick up after themselves and of course the management didn’t do anything! There were multiple times there was poop in the hallways and elevator. When we finally moved out, the money hungry management tried to charge us our entire security deposit for normal wear and tear off the floor. They will try to find anything to charge you when you move out. Good luck if you move here!

Although it happens infrequently, we never like to hear that a resident departed their apartment with negative feelings about our community and our service. While it is regrettable that you did not experience outstanding service, we like to recognize the hard work and dedication of the leasing and maintenance staff. When you bring items of concern to the office the answer is always, we are working on it, things take time or it’s a process. Here are just a few. Animal Breed restriction is non existent. You need to be okay with large dogs and Pit Bull breeds in the building. The office says they are service animals. Trust me they are not. Animal waste must be picked up by tenants. Tenants do not leash their dogs. This happens in front of Aura staff and nothing is said. If you are not a fan of dog barking, dogs left on balconies to bark and dog noise, you need to make a note. Parking is a big mess. If you need close parking or feel unsafe walking to your building from a distance then think twice and investigate this property with Lantana police first. ALL of the parking in front and near the front doors are reserved spots tenants rent. Garages that are leased specifically to be used for parking and not storage are mostly used for storage or even business use/storage. I see one garage get deliveries of boxes. Don’t let the amenities get you caught up on this place. On the weekend the pool and pavilion are crowded with tenants who bring anywhere from 2-10 people to hang out. There is a no glass or alcohol policy that is not followed up on. Less than a month ago the office started having a pool Patrol person to help oversee the policies at the pool. Either he is not working or he is just walking thru and not enforcing the rules. It continues to be a hot hangout in Lantana. The pavilion is a joint use amenity. So even if your there with your family you might get joined by someone wanting to cook a burger or watch tv. So it’s not exclusive to anyone or time. Although some tenants are Airbnb-ing their apartment and charging a fee to “rent” the pavilion-(you can’t rent it). You also can’t Airbnb according to the lease but some are allowed to do it because the office says “ we can’t just accuse people of doing it” even though the pics are online and tenants bring you information to at least question people. Airbnb-ing gives random people access to the property, your building and amenities. I leave you with this...in 13 months not a single policy related to tenant welfare has been adhered to but when I notified the office of my lease break I was told in the first sentence that there was nothing they could do to alter the lease break fee. Convenient time to start upholding your lease.
