Front office has been so helpful with the move-in. There have been a few maintenance issues that were addressed quickly. Maintenance guys are super nice and caring.
My experience here has been pretty good. I love my neighbors and the convenient location. The pool is so nice to relax at during the summer!!

Staff is great, but i do wish the apartment was properly cleaned and checked before moving us in as we did find quite a few issues. Also, the water pressure is HORRIBLE. Aside from that, great location, good layout, and good communication with staff. The place just needs some TLC (and the back gate needs to be fixed)

Only been here a week. So far so good. Some move in issues that were addressed quickly. Waiting on a plumber to finish up some things. Grounds are nice and clean. Residents seem pretty friendly. Staff is knowledgeable.
Sade was extremely nice. The apartments are just too small for us and also very outdated. There were no modern appliances and the bathrooms looked old. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained but I am not going to live outdoors so that same principle should apply to the indoors.

I have been a part of the Augusta Commons Community for about 5 years as my now husband has lived there in the same apt until now. Maintenance responds to requests quickly. Sabrina and Sade are really helpful and very kind in person as well. It is a quaint older complex with character but I have always felt safe and all the residents are either nice or keep to themselves. I am grateful for this place and look forward to now living here myself with my husband. I do recommend living here if you can look past the not so perfect buildings, it's in a great area and its gated. I can honestly say that this one of the best apartments in this area. It's also relatively quiet and highly reccomend!

I love the way I was treated when I front came to look at the apartment and the pool a gym was a plus and the on-site car wash … it’s is very quiet

Very painless touring, signing and move-in procedure. Staff have all been courteous and prompt in helping me with the leasing and move in process.
Very quiet,and peaceful. Kept clean around the grounds. My only critique would be the mosquitoes that are around the pool area, that makes it hard to enjoy the sunset
Decent apartments. Quiet and safe since I've lived here for almost a year. Could use some renovations but maintenance is very prompt with work orders.

I have lived here for three years now and am moving out in august. I loved living here, there were only a few small problems that I faced like noisy neighbors or broken heat in the winter but nothing really that wasn't easily solved.

I like the community it’s very quiet and calm. The thing I appreciate most is the closed gate policy, it makes me feel more safe. The only downside is the water and sewerage bill, it’s way too high, they should provide this bill for individual apartments.

I love living here as it is a quiet and peaceful place. But dealing with the leasing office staff is absolutely nightmare. They sound like they hate their job, have no manners and do treat residents with kindness. I had multiple occasions where they overcharged me on my rent and I was never given the money back. I am reaching out to corporate to discuss this issue. We need need staff working at the leasing office asap.

this neighborhood is so great i’ve lived here for three years and only the most minor of issues have arisen. the three bedroom is amazing and the neighbors keep to their own:)

The community overall is nice but when it comes to a flat rate for rent that's where the get you. There are so many unnecessary fees that by the time everything is added up you end up almost paying an additional 200 dollars. Not cool at all.

This is one fabulous community!! Living here has been exceptional. My neighbors are like family. There are great amenities here and the leasing office staff and maintenance staff are just wonderful. Overall a great place to live. The neighborhood is quiet. The apartments are outdated considering the price. Neighboors are a hit or miss like anywhere else you would live. Ocasional problems with bugs on the apartment, and pest control is not really consistent.

I have had consistent problems for at least 1 of the 2 years I’ve lived here. It’s next to impossible to get in touch with staff and when I do I get brushed off. I have consistent pest problems that don’t get fixed (cockroaches, mosquitoes, milipedes, etc) inside the apartment. High moisture that causes black mold that I’ve complained about for months with no resolution despite it affecting my health. I reached out when another resident tried to break into my apartment and received no reply. My packages have been stolen. These apartments are not worth what they cost. The AC barely works. There are cracks and holes everywhere that allow pests in. The gate doesn’t work a lot of the time and lets too many people in at once which causes safety concerns. Etc.

everything is great here. the only issue is with the leasing office. they absolutely never answer the phone. if you need to talk to them you have to go in person. leaving a message won’t work because they will never get back to you. everything else is good.

Love the location and cozy feeling of the neighborhood. It is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Anytime we have had an issue it has been handled in quick and professional manner. It is so convenient to the expressway and shopping.

Not a terrible place. Has a bit of a bug problem and the condition of the apartments are less than stellar. Should honestly be cheaper for what you are getting. Also, they only gave a months warning that we would not be paying our own water bills, but they would combine and split up the entire complex’s bill depending on how many people you live with. My water bill has been consistently $60 more each month. Neighbors are nice and the people in my building have been very respectful of noise so that’s a plus.

i love living here. there are so many perks. this neighborhood is close to my school. it is fairly maintained. it is safe. only a few negatives. one being the pool open so late in the year. another is the response time of all the staff. and the last is some of the neighbors, especially the ones that hit your car and blame you for it

This community is very quiet and peaceful and the people are friendly and welcoming.This is my 3rd lease renewal and I have no regrets. Beautiful pool area and a great workout facility.

Latoya was fantastic and so sweet, and she was so supportive. I told her about how this was my first lease and she was graciously explaining everything for me and walking me through the process. I love my apartment and how nice it is. The community is nice and well kept, and I couldn’t be happier
