Just finished signing my lease At Audubon. The staff Trisha and Janet are top notch, they made the process smooth and straight forward! I must say Janet gave me the best move in experience that I have every had. Janet's communication with me was top notch, she would respond to voicemails and emails very promptly and had all of the information I needed to provide and what to expect. i’m going on my 3rd unit with Audubon Homes, i’ve had both renovated and non renovated units. Janet, the leasing manager has gone above and beyond to satisfy my needs & is always very pleasant. i’ve had very few/ minor complaints throughout the course of living here & they have always been taken care of in a timely fashion. it’s been a peaceful experience & i recommend, especially for low maintenance tenants. Audubon does lose a star simply because it would be nice to have the washer/dryer in the units as opposed to the basement lol, but overall great experience.

The apartment toilet seat wasn't replaced like i was told. The toilet seat was a bit rough looking. The shower head was removed from the tub and not replaced with a new one. We can only take baths instead of a shower. Not convenient at all. We gave them notice in advance to address these issues and they were not. Not acceptable.

New resident to Audubon Homes and the staff have really gone above and beyond to make me feel at home and welcomed. Janet took the time to photograph apartments for me because I was traveling. This ensured I could be ready to choose the right place for me as soon as possible. I had a few concerns with my apartment and they were immediately addressed. Eric and the maintenance team are so friendly and wonderful to deal with. This place feels like a real neighborhood and not just an apartment.

Rats and mice. When you come, they make sure they show their version of what it is supposed to look like. Is there is an emergency after hours, if someone answers the phone you are lucky. All about getting your money and nothing else. Some of us are putting together legal stuff. You don't want to come here.
My family and I recently moved in. The unit was fully renovated, with a beautiful interior. The staff was kind and helpful. New additions coming every day, grill bar, dog park, gym. We could not be happier. Thank you Rushmore Management!
