Horrible living area
I've been living in this building for a while now, and it's been a terrible experience. The building is poorly managed, with requests taking 6-8 weeks to be addressed. The supervisor position is a revolving door, so there’s never any consistency. The neighbors are loud, often drunk and yelling obscenities on their balconies late at night, making it impossible to get peace and quiet. The management and supervisor never attend to calls, even during emergencies. The entire building stinks, with tenants smoking everywhere and dogs peeing in the elevator, which is rarely cleaned. The place is always filthy, snow is never cleared, and it's way too expensive for the low-quality living conditions. On top of that, pest control and repair vans are here all the time, which shows just how bad the maintenance is. Carpets are constantly being removed and thrown out, and the building manager has a horrible attitude—rude, arrogant, and seemingly uninterested in addressing issues. I would never recommend living here.
