Our fenced secluded community offers country living in the city with friendly and responsive staff, gated entrances, lighted parking lots, well maintained outdoor areas that include a community garden, picnic areas, lounge area and chairs, and gazebos. Our one of a kind lofts and flats were constructed in a Silk Mill and Ribbon Factory dating back to the early 1900’s with features from a century past providing original hard wood floors, ultra-modern kitchens, exposed brick and beams. All lofts and flats include a washer and dryer, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. We welcome approved pets and have a limit of 2 pets/animals per apartment. Our grounds are unique and include multiple outdoor fenced in dog runs and pet stations. We have a onetime non-refundable $250 pet fee and a non-refundable $30 per month pet fee. Please contact us for additional details regarding our pet policy. Residents pay electric and gas utilities. Water, sewer, trash and recycling are included.
