Aubrey Apartments

This is about the best management I have ever experienced living in Petersburg ! They are very kind and loving and is willing to help you as long as you keep the communication line open! I hate the buildings because they are very old but management is trying their best to remodel these apartments ?? Kwamane and Cherelle is the best hands down and they are the only reason I have not moved out yet.!

This is the worst place you can move ROACH INFECTED!!! Roaches in the kitchen cabinets, closets, and don’t get me started on how bad they are in the bathroom. It don’t matter how clean you are or how much you try to get them to come spray they are still going to be there. MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE. They constantly change ownership so you don’t get help with any problems. ALWAYS HERE GUNSHOTS LIVING HERE. AND THERE IS A TRAIN TRACK RIGHT BESIDE THE COMPLEX YOU HERE ALL DAY AND NIGHT. They will walk into your apartment anytime they want without giving you a call or anything before.

The apartments are not properly upkept. The management is even worse specifically property manager. It is basically impossible to contact regional manager for the management company. Property manager unprofessional and inconsiderate of the residents the only kind people working are in maintenance. And sadly they are unable to over shadow all that is wrong with the complex entirely. Terrible pest infestation & they currently have numerous complaints with Petersburg Health Department. The price is not worth the hassle I strongly recommend against moving to the complex.

Really nice changes. The apartments a very big! I have looked at other places, but it seems like they are fixin things. Something about a new owner, so I took chance. Not noisy I ain't got no issues. Maintenance is cool and the manger is real cool.

I moved in a few weeks ago and I absolutely love this place! I had searched for months for an apartment and I was so glad when I found these. The management team, April and Corey are awesome! April made the whole process so easy and kept in touch and explained everything. She alone in my opinion sells the apartments alone! I met Corey the day I moved in and he was just as amazing! Super friendly and made me feel so welcomed. I had a few small issues with the apartment when I first moved in but April had the maintenance staff come take care of it immediately! The maintenance staff was friendly and professional. I see the maintenance guy Sam around the property and he always speaks and is so pleasant! My apartment is so spacious and the renovations they have done are top notch! All around great experience! I am so glad I picked these apartments! Everything is perfect and the staff is beyond amazing! Would definitely recommend to all my family and friends!

I recently moved into the ovary apartments into a three bedroom which was very nicely renovated the property managers Corey and April were so helpful upon moving in with completing my application deposit any questions I had or answered the whole experience was a five star rating I would definitely recommend the Aubrey apartments to any one of my friends and family

I have been a resident for some time now and I must say that I have enjoyed living here a lot! The apartments are clean, up to date and very, very spacious. The maintenance staff are very quick to take care of any problems and always friendly. The office staff and managers are super friendly and attentive to the needs of us tenants. The apartments are in a great location, close to all shopping and restaurants. HIGHLY recommend!!

By far the worst place to live! The apartments most definitely don’t look like that at all! The management is horrible!! They literally take they time to come fix anything. Within the year I’ve been there I’ve had water damage, I’ve had 4 different property managers and to top it off they have coaches bad!!!!!! Really bad. They tried changing the name but it’s still the same old ran down apartments as before.

Very spacious, clean, and the service is fast. I got a nice renovated two bedroom within two weeks.

They do not care about you as a resident at all. Just your money. New Manager every couple months and each one is worse than the last. infested with rodents, poor plumbing and little to no maintenance staff

The staff has been very accommodating. From application to move in, they made it very easy. I had a maintenance issue with the washer/dryer unit and it was replaced with no problems. Any other issues have been handled in a timely manner. Very friendly staff. Also it is nice to have peace of mind knowing I do not have a separate water/sewer or propane bill. Can't beat that! I would recommend.

Horrible living experience. Both old and new management sucks! Old management didn’t do anything and new management will make you go broke to live with a roach infestation in addition to unnecessary charges. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! They were charging me an arm and a leg for nothing. My appliances were old and filled with roaches,the breezeways are FILTHY, and there’s so many roaches to the point where I was scared to sleep without earplugs. The upstairs neighbors THUMP THUMP THUMP 24/7. I’ve gained several headaches from them. Your money could very well be spent at a better kept environment, ESPECIALLY if you have kids!!

The young lady that was in the office the morning I came in was sweet and nice and explained everything about the apartment and was very helpful and friendly she was the best and she was very professional

I came in to look at a 2 bedroom apartment. From the time she answered the phone, to setting up an appointment, to when I got there she was very friendly and professional. I’m new to the area so she let me know about things to do near by in Petersburg and Richmond. The apartment I looked by the rental office was clean and quite. I looked at a few other apartments but the friendliness of the staff was exactly what I was looking for. Move in date set! Thanks again Deidra!

The apartment where I reside right now is quite, and military friendly. Its only minutes away from Fort Lee, shopping centers, schools and colleges. The rent is fair.
