I totally enjoy living at Pearland Attiva. The other tenants that live here are friendly and helpful. The staff are also friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Attiva Pearland has been my home for four years and I love it. The property is lovely (very green) and well maintained. There is a great sense of community and the residents and staff are very friendly. Driving in to the property, it has the appearance of a village, with the single-story apartments and the lush landscaping. Reminds me of living in England. The staff is very professional and courteous and genuinely seems to care about residents.

Attiva is the perfect community for the 55 community in Pearland.
Attiva! What a great community. We have met so many friends here and continue to welcome new residents. We all get along with one another and care about each other. So many activities if you care to attend!! If you don't that's okay too. Have a drink at the pool or coffee in the clubhouse. Swim, walk, or visit the dog park. It's all up to you!
We have loved living at Attiva for 5 years. The cottage style apartment is so comfortable and the staff is wonderful. The residents are like a second family and we are very busy with activities provided. Come join the resort lifestyle.

Attiva Pearland has a good location to many restaurants, shopping, and City parks. If you’re not a person who wants to use the pool regularly, relax in the hot tub, do not care about paying for advertised amenities, or, wanting quiet surroundings, this place is for you.
We really love living here in Attiva Pearland. The neighbors are so friendly, helpful, and kind and you feel like you've known them forever, even after just moving in! The clubhouse, swimming pool, and exercise room are kept very neat and clean. The management team are readily available to solve any needs in a fast turnaround time. The landscape is kept very nicely.

The grounds are beautiful, the neighbors great, staff friendly and attentive and I cannot wait until it warms up to enjoy the resort-style pool. The amenities are abundant. There are many opportunities to get to know your neighbors through community activities and outings.
