Lived here for 3 years now on the top floor in a corner unit. Good place, they keep up the facilities. Good location. Not too noisy. Management is nice.
The quality of the accommodation and the great upkeep of the common areas gives a sense of a great home. It is quiet and safe.
My daughter and I have lived her for 6 years! The Leasing office staff are amazing! They are always kind and helpful, whenever I place a maintenance call, they always come in a reasonable amount of time. I look forward to more years here! I LOVE MY HOME!
In my opinion when someone is looking for rent at this location first thing is tell people about pets in the complex things like your neighbors from above can have dogs running all the time, to be aware that you are not going to have peace and quiet every time you want, but it depends on how well trained or tired your neighbors' pets are.
Cortland Holcomb Bridge has the nicest staff, that provides quality service. That includes the leasing office and service team. In addition, my building is quiet and clean. I’m so grateful for such a peaceful and comfortable living experience!
I have been living at this Cortland Community for 7 years. Since living here, I have never had to submit a noise complaint on a neighbor…until now. I have spoken with several people in the office on several occasions (face to face and through email) about my neighbors who currently live above me. I’ve even provided video recordings of the noise level, and of my glasses shaking in my cabinets. Nothing has been done to alleviate the noise. It is now after 10 pm and I tried to reach a courtesy office for some assistance, but that not an option. This Cortland property is not what it use to be and as a resident who has been here 7 year, I’m very disappointed. To anyone wanting to live here please know that the walls are so thin that I can make out conversations, hear TVs, and hear every footstep. You will hear your neighbors above and below you.

Cortland Holcomb Bridge has been a definite improvement over our last apartment. The apartments themselves are nice and the trees and landscaping making spending time outdoors walking our dog very pleasant. In the last year things have improved further especially with a new maintenance manager and staff in the leasing office. They are actually responsive to issues and punctual when setting appointments to meet at the apartment to perform work orders.

Cortland Holcomb Bridge is a very nice community so far. Very close to several schools and a good location for the Atlanta suburban area. The staff is very friendly and timely and the residents are family oriented and nice. Its a good place for anybody who is working and needs lots of quiet time for meetings or relaxing, or people looking to raise children in the suburbs. Maintenance is very friendly and fast and the team leader is extremely knowledgable. Rennovations are good quality in the newer builds.

Beautiful apartment home, inside and out! The floors are old and creak badly but if you can live with that, it truly is the only downside. The staff is wonderful! I've lived here a few years now and I can honestly say that I've been happy for the most part. Neighbors can be trying at times but that is the nature of apartments in general. I just LOVE my Community. The convenience of everything that I need is awesome. Grocery stores, convenience stores, Urgent Care, libraries and parks are within a 4 mile radius. Doesn’t get any better than that!
Your living experience at Cortland Holcomb Bridge will be GREAT; the location and area is phenomenal; just a hope, skip or a jump away from Roswell, Northern Alpharetta and John’s Creek; BEAUTIFUL/SAFE area with wonderful stores, shopping, banking, whatever your need is. The Community Team runs A WONDERFUL SHIP with cleanliness, concern for tenant questions, complaints or issues, pest control, problem/issue/concern resolutions, friendliness, kindness, professionalism, expertise and knowledge. The staff IS ALWAYS accessible by phone or through email; they ALWAYS get back to you and address all needs, concerns, issues or problems; there is an App for the community that allows you to do, say or contact anything or anyone that you need( you can also pay your rent and create work request orders). Lastly, but far from “least” there are text messages that keep you in “the know” about anything and everything going on in the community, as well as some really “fun activities “ that will keep folks healthy, happy, social and positive in a very challenging world (at this time), during some really challenging days, weeks, months, past two years! Cortland Holcomb Bridge, in Alpharetta comes highly recommended for a safe, nice, happy place to live.
Cortland Holcomb Bridge has been an amazing place to live. The complex is well maintained and quiet. The staff is very caring and the few minor issues that I had got resolved super quickly! The gym at the complex is always well maintained and even has a private room to work out in. Everything is made easy with the tenant in mind. The staff here even put on fun events for residents. So far it’s been a pleasure to live here!

I've been living here for about 6 months, I moved blindly from Florida and my expectations were exceeded. I love the community its nice and quiet and CLEAN which is awesome! I have a third floor unit which comes with high ceilings and the kitchen is so nice and made of high quality material. I like that the same granite/ marble is used throughout the unity kitchen, fireplace, bathrooms which makes the esthetic look clean and modern. Community gym is nice with a Varity of free weights. The location is great as well, everything you need is close by which is a huge plus.

The staff is excellent (Bridget and Ben) and the amenities are of a good standard. All maintenance requests have been fulfilled in a timely manner. (Antonio) The location is convenient with restaurants, shops, banks, where you can go in your own car or walk if you like within a mile or two.
I moved here in March of this year, the location is great and has easy access to main highways, it is excellent as are the schools nearby, is one of the best in the area. The community team is incredibly (Ben and Bridget) both are very helpful and friendly. She always has a smile for my son, she is lovely. The maintenance requests are responded to incredibly fast (Antonio) He is very friendly and helpful, he always has a smile on his face.
The property is very well kept and manicured, the staff is very friendly and definitely makes you feel important and welcome!!

I've been here almost three years and I have NO DESIRE TO LEAVE! I feel safe and have NEVER had any issues.
I'm going to be moving soon. The apartments are good and the community has nice amenities. On the other side, the administration should enforce it's rules. If it's a smoke free community, why do I smell marijuana every time I get in the community and even inside my apartment (coming through the vents)? Same problem about waste disposal, animals raised outside the apartments, and minimum cleaning standards: no rules are followed. Giving notice without further action (fees) is not effective! People do what they want to do knowing that nothing will happen. I don't recommend this place to live.

The apartments at Cortland Holcomb Bridge are very pleasant and tidy. We have enjoyed our spacious balcony as well as the layout and design of our apartment. It's nice that the local staff are always the same familiar faces, and they have always provided a reliable point of contact for resolving any issues.
