Wonderful location and beautiful apartments! Only complaint is that there's construction happening on a lot of the extra amenities so they can't quite be used but it seems to be a nice community.
So many events to bring the community together fast communication and welcoming staff 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking around in the area

it is a nice place to call home. Amenities at the moment are being upgraded therefore i cant say much about them but i will sure come back to review later. The outdoor space is awesome and much improved with new hammocks seating area. Pool does need some work but i guess that is next on the managements list. Overall, 80 Fawcett Street has been a nice community to live in. There have been some minor hiccups and one major incident, but the management team have been prompt to rectify issues.

I'm an 8-year resident of Atmark, and I love it here! Food, groceries, buses, subway, cinema, trails, ponds... All within a 10-minute walk. Staff is friendly and responsive, adding to a sense of community, and always with an eye towards improvement. Free coffee every morning helps a lot, too!

Friendly staff, management is good too. Some fellow residents do not follow rules - like leaving dog poops in the hallway and stuff… it’s not the staff’s fault but I wish there was more effort trying to prevent that… but the apt itself has no issue. I like living here.

I moved in less than a month ago. And so far, it has been a nice experience outside of the challenge of parking. People seem friendly as you passed them in the hallways or in the elevator. The building is clean and Inviting. The staff always look nice and are friendly. The package room could be a little better organized, but still not too bad. It has been a nice experience so far. The one thing that stands out and continues to have a comforting feel is Being greeted by Anthony, one of the property managers who handle the leasing of the apartment. Anthony was so nice, professional, efficient, clear, and diligent and even continued to answer questions after moving date. looking forward to learning more about the community and the amenities of the building, and certainly hoping that parking will turn out less of a hassle and make for this great living experience.

Walls are not super sound proof and the water pressure could be better. Over all fine and the space/location is nice. Staff is fantastic tho, really wonderful people

I only gave a 3 star because of the way I had to move in. I finally finished moving today when I moved here on Tuesday other than that I can’t say anything because it’s my 3 rd day here so hopefully everything else goes well

It is hard to know what to look for as a first time renter. The Atmark team did an excellent job making the leasing process as easy and understandable as possible! I have now spent my first month here and I have nothing but praise. 9/10 Overall experience

Good space and amenities. Frequent cleaning of common spaces and maintenance is quick to respond. Inconsistent communication with management. Often lack of communication when issues arise.

The residents here seem friendly and inviting, it's nice to say hello and the recipient gives a smile and say hello. The building itself is very nice, clean and the maintenance staff is excellent.

Communication is poor. Building 90 is not maintained properly. Old appliances. A lot of noise. Marijuana smell is in the Building & in the garage/ car park sometimes. Reduced services like security, apps, business center, etc. .

We’ve been at Atmark for a week and a half. Anthony helped us out with a great tour, answering all our questions and making sure we’d be able to move in quickly. He’s continued to be helpful with service requests and other questions. We’re also enjoying the great location and amenities.

The apartment units are nice, but the building is not well maintained and not well managed. Renters pay for amenities to at least be functional, but Atmark fails to provide the bare minimum. Examples: 1) There was a SEWAGE LEAK in the garage for WEEKS, Atmark didn't warn residents or block off the unsanitary areas. 2) Atmark marketed common area improvements over a year ago, but then quietly removed publications of changes. No minor/major improvements have been made since. 3) Windows have bad draft requiring insulation wraps. Not energy efficient. 4) Courtyard Fire pits have not worked for YEARS. Maintenance requests have been declined. 5) The Movie theater doesn't work and has not had connectivity for YEARS. It's not usable. Maintenance requests have been declined. 6) Gym TV has not worked for YEARS. Maintenance requests have been declined. 7) in the Gym, 3 of 4 treadmills and multiple machines have been out of service for WEEKS with no timeline to fix.

The quality of the apartment is far below the cost of rent. There is very little storage space in the apartment, the floors are scratched, the carpet is stained, the appliances are low quality (there’s rust in my dishwasher) there is no light in the bedroom or living room and their only suggestion is to buy stick on rechargeable lights from Amazon which are not even that bright(I want to reiterate that there is literally no light , it doesn’t exist, it’s not just that it is low lighting — they capped the hole in the ceiling where a light/fan should go so the bedroom is incredibly dark and stuffy) etc. it is clear that very little thought went into designing these apartments and the only motivation was making as much money as possible. The ADA compliant door in the garage is broken which makes getting in and out very difficult. The staff are very nice which is the only redeeming factor. Overall I would not recommend this apartment to anyone and will be moving as soon as my lease is up.

I love living at Atmark. If I have a problem it’s always solved in a timely manner mostly on the same day I request for help. The few times I have had to request for help the job was done so perfectly and I appreciate it.

Very nice room and helpful employees. The package room is a bit of a mess though, and the trash chute is so tiny that you would have to bring everything down to the garage.

The community at Atmark has a welcoming and enriching environment. The facilities are great, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoy the variety of activities and events offered, which makes it easy to meet new people and feel part of the community.

I initially had some trouble figuring out the logistics of my move to Atmark via email, but once I arrived, the Conservice team was always readily available and quick to respond with all my questions - parking, elevator reservations, setting up my accounts, and outstanding issues I had with the unit. I felt extremely welcomed and was happy to be a part of the community!
