it is a nice place to call home. Amenities at the moment are being upgraded therefore i cant say much about them but i will sure come back to review later. The outdoor space is awesome and much improved with new hammocks seating area. Pool does need some work but i guess that is next on the managements list. Atmark is a warm and quiet community. We have lived here for two years and have loved the amenities and overall atmosphere the team creates for us residents. The location is ideal too, with Fresh Pond, grocery stores, and restaurants steps away. Thank you to the Atmark team for all that they do!

Overall, 80 Fawcett Street has been a nice community to live in. There have been some minor hiccups and one major incident, but the management team have been prompt to rectify issues.

I'm an 8-year resident of Atmark, and I love it here! Food, groceries, buses, subway, cinema, trails, ponds... All within a 10-minute walk. Staff is friendly and responsive, adding to a sense of community, and always with an eye towards improvement. Free coffee every morning helps a lot, too!

Clean, well maintained complex. Maintenance is very prompt. Friendly staff. It is a nice, safe community. Pet friendly with a lot of pups and kitties. My favorite part is that the whole community is smoke free

Friendly staff, management is good too. Some fellow residents do not follow rules - like leaving dog poops in the hallway and stuff… it’s not the staff’s fault but I wish there was more effort trying to prevent that… but the apt itself has no issue. I like living here.

I moved in less than a month ago. And so far, it has been a nice experience outside of the challenge of parking. People seem friendly as you passed them in the hallways or in the elevator. The building is clean and Inviting. The staff always look nice and are friendly. The package room could be a little better organized, but still not too bad. It has been a nice experience so far. The one thing that stands out and continues to have a comforting feel is Being greeted by Anthony, one of the property managers who handle the leasing of the apartment. Anthony was so nice, professional, efficient, clear, and diligent and even continued to answer questions after moving date. looking forward to learning more about the community and the amenities of the building, and certainly hoping that parking will turn out less of a hassle and make for this great living experience.

Walls are not super sound proof and the water pressure could be better. Over all fine and the space/location is nice. Staff is fantastic tho, really wonderful people

Good space and amenities. Frequent cleaning of common spaces and maintenance is quick to respond. Inconsistent communication with management. Often lack of communication when issues arise.
