Atlas Crown

I recently moved into Atlas Crown Apartments, and I’m happy to share my first-week update. The move-in process went smoothly, and I’m already settling in well. A special thank you to Diara—she was amazing and assisted me every step of the way, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. The community is so quiet and yet very welcoming. ! I love it !!!! So far, everything has been great, and I’m glad I made the move!

Had a little bit of trouble moving in this morning, but being able to meet our neighbors and see all the dogs around here as well as get settled in a manner, me and my partner were waiting for, makes up for that; I am truly glad to be a part of the Atlas Crown community starting today!

I have been staying at Atlas Crown for a year. The staff, amenities, and apartment is great. I love how they do events. I just wish there was more parking.

My experience as a resident has been wonderful.The management has been very helpful and understanding.Ive had several problems in my apartment but management was able to fix it in no problem .

I am new to the community but I am super excited for my family and myself to be a part of it all! i love the leasing office people, they are all so very sweet and helpful!

great atmosphere! everyone has been so kind and helpful. great place to live with peace and security. amenities are amazing, can’t wait to try them all out!

The management is good, very accommodating. The maintenance has been ideal, the management does their best to provide the best service. The rooms are clean and spacious with a good layout. The area is nice as well.

Very pretty community and if there is any issues the front off and maintenance respond so fast we have not had any issues and our neighbors are so nice

Just a week living in this community and I feel comfortable and please!! Everyone is friendly. Ohh, almost forgot to acknowledge the spotless around the community!!

This community is amazing! Lots of people walking pets, everyone is social, kind and will offer a quick wave and hello. Everyone in property management is friendly. They maintain the property well and enforce the policies.

I have been treated very nice and been assisted all the way through my moving process. Yomaris has been great and so helpful. I really love my new space. Very spacious.

i have been here for quite a while now and i have never had issues. it’s great community. love the management team and the services. i don’t have any dogs but i always say this is a great place for people with dogs due to the open space for long not so boring walks.

Great apartment to lease with. Very clean area, staff is friendly, and close to stores. Downside is the thin walls. We are able to hear people walking up the stairs since we are right next to it, and dow stairs neighbors who are loud with their speakers sometimes.

Great place to live! The amenities are great and very clean. The only downside so far is residents not abiding by the trash rule. Lots of trash left outside of front doors makes the atmosphere subpar at times….my guests have noticed and made comments about it.

In our community, some residents allow their dogs to roam freely, particularly at night, despite our polite requests for leashing. This can be concerning, especially for those who value safety and tranquility. Additionally, some owners have been less than receptive to feedback, which can be disheartening.

It’s great living here for three years going on four soon . The best leasing agent is Yarmaris, she has help me a lot of getting my home ready for me and the family to move in accordingly. The maintenance team is very great at what they do. They are always there to help on any occasion.

The staff are very polite and efficient with discussing information regarding the rental process and providing details about the community. They are quick to answer the phones and emails. The community within the apartment complex feels safe and secure. The overall complex is kept clean and is well maintained structurally. Maintenance comes in a timely manner to address miscellaneous maintenance issues that need resolved. I am very happy I moved to Atlas Crown. It could have not been a more perfect fit. I am beyond satisfied with the above standard of living and service provided at Atlas Crown.

I enjoy living with all the remedies that this community has to offer. They keep the hallways very clean, and I never really have to g anywhere for good coffee since bloom cafe is walking distance

I am enjoying my stay so far, beautiful surroundings with fully equipped and state of the art amenities. Definitely going to recommend to my friends and family.

I have been living in this complex since 2022. It's well kept compared to most communities I have visited. Everyone seems to respect one another and it's quiet during weeknights, which I love. It's away from all of the madness of DFW area, yet you can still make it to Downtown Dallas within 25-30 minutes with light traffic. However, the downfalls about this property is how frequent the management changes and at times they can seem very inadequate with their duties. Previous management attempted to steal money from resident's deposit refund. There are also several admin fees attached to the utility fees which will place your rent at an additional $60-80 on top of the $50 resident services fees that you have to pay with your base rent.

Living at Atlas Crown has been such a great experience. I love the unit I am in, the staff has always been kind, and there are so many amenities. Maintenance could be quicker, units outside could be power washed, and more parking would make it more convenient.

Nice experience, quiet place, nice neighbors Good management and deserves respect. Everything is perfect and cleanliness is 100%. The swimming pool is beautiful and clean, and as I said, calm is a beautiful thing. My deep respect to my dear neighbors

We L O V E living here! Nicely appointed apartments, respectful neighbors and great front office staff. The grounds are well maintained, and the rules are regularly and consistently enforced.

Good complex to live at. It's right by the highway which is useful for work. Very clean and there are some resident events that are interesting to attend. There are no elevators so it's a leg work out everyday

The apartment and community is beautiful. However, I am still new to the complex. The walls of the apartment are super thin. I can hear my next door neighbors snoring and talking. I hear my upstairs neighbors every move and the baby crying. This makes it hard for me to sleep.

Fast response from management. The activities around the apartments are fun and engaging. I like how they try to do something to meet neighbors often.

I’ve only been here a week, but i love this layout of the apartment. I love the granite countertops, hard wood floors. The bathroom has a long walkway that makes it feel bigger. I also love that the washer and dryer are in the bathroom. It feels safe, it’s perfect location from school to work.

The management team is awesome. I love my apartment and the space is great. Every time there’s an issue and we call, we always get a call back right away or text message. The experience has been great so far. I highly recommend anyone if their looking for a place to call home.

I love it! I've been here for 2 yrs now and it's affordable and the staff is awesome. So much to do in the area including Firewheel Town Center.

Had to find someplace quick and atlas crown is a beautiful property, move in process was quick and easy, and staff is very friendly would definitely recommend.

The maintenance team at Atlas Crown is awesome! They address issues in a timely manor and make sure that the issues gets resolved! We’ve lived at other rental properties and their maintenance team pales in comparison.

I’ve been here for a week and so far everything is Amazing from the staff to the neighbors Trash is picked up on time everyday and haven’t had any issues with a thing ????

Great. Community Office staff is kind and helpful Being understanding about my situation with the theft of my property and money. This occurred after I requested that my ac filter needed to be replaced. We are currently working with the Garland Police Department I’m grateful to the staff.

I just renewed my lease. One of the determining factors is that my rent stayed affordable. The price of parking is great for me! Love the gym and the pool, but I would love it if the internet in the clubhouse worked. LuxerOne makes receiving packages so convenient.

Moved in very recently. The leasing staff is very courteous and helpful. The maintenance staff is also very fast in responding to requests. The location is very close to the PGBT toll and reduces the travel time significantly.

These are great apartments, very modern and stylish and close to everything. The staff is helpful and the amenities are good: two pools and a gym with lots of equipment.

Nice modern place to live! Amenities are great! Multiple spaces for business meetings and a change of scenery for work from home individuals.

Great location, quiet, newer build, not too many neighbors compared to the closer apartments since we have less buildings and floors. Easy for maintenance to keep it up that way! Nice walking paths and two pool areas.

I love this neighborhood. Atlas crown is a very nice and quiet place. Love the amenities and common spaces. I haven’t had any issues at Atlas crown so far. I would highly recommend it.

Apartment experience is great! We have one noisy neighbor who likes to blast their sound bar, which caused some issues. Management helped solve the problem.

Atlas crown is a great apartment complex. Maintenance is good . And the units are clean and well kept. This is my second year here . This area is also safe

I love it here so far especially the gym! I had an issue with my key pad for my apartment and they were able to assist same day! That’s awesome. I’ve only been here for a month so I look forward to continuing staying here.

We love our new home and so happy to get to enjoy all the amenities that the complexe offers , the staff are friendly and very responsive, the only thing that bothered in the beginning was the bugs and insects but once I called them and sprayed the place we don’t have them anymore

I’ve been here a little over a year, and there is new management and office staff. They helped me with my rent and willing to work with given my circumstances. I truly love how things are quickly turning around. I see and notice the improvements over the past year. Thank you to everyone in the front office for being so kind and helpful.

This property is a 10/10! It’s so beautiful and everything is well taken care of. The office staff is what won me over - you’re always greeted with a smile and exemplary customer service. So happy to be apart of this community.

Everything was perfect, From moving in and to the staff answering all of my questions. I love to call this place home. My apartment was cleaned and ready for me on move in day.

This complex is quite new and the environment is amazing. There are no stairs so bare that in mind. The outside volume is minimum to none. I love it here.

I just moved here from Arkansas and they made me feel very welcomed! The neighbors are really sweet they have a valet trash service which is very nice plus it’s my first apartment so I felt nervous but they made me feel very welcomed. I love everything about it. No issues !
