From the moment you step onto the property, you’re greeted with beautifully maintained landscapes, modern architecture, and a warm sense of community. The management team has always addressed my concerns and issues promptly. The maintenance team, Eduardo has even come after hours to fix a maintenance issue I had. This complex and the staff are top notch. I appreciate how they care for the residents and property.

I was around looking for apartments and I stumbled across this one. Beautiful apartment. The leasing agent, Manuela, gave out one of the greatest customer service I’ve ever experienced. She gave me a tour around the place and she was so nice and charismatic about the whole tour. Please give this woman a raise, she deserves it!!

Visited the apartment complex because one of my friends lives there, the leasing agent Manuela was awesome have been thinking about moving over there because of how great the environment is and the awesome amenities. Great tour and great experience overall.

I've had a great experience living at Atlantico! The entire community is always clean and well-maintained,. One of my favorite things is the open field turf—my son loves playing with the kids from the community. The dog park is another huge plus; ia great place for pets to run around. Another thing I really appreciate is the responsiveness of the staff. Whenever I’ve submitted a work order, they’ve been quick to address the issue, making sure everything is taken care of efficiently. On top of all that, the community events are such a nice touch! They organize fun activities like paella lunch for the residents. Also, there are food trucks that come often to the clubhouse. I also love how easy it is for guests to visit—there’s an app that allows them to check in by simply scanning in. Overall, the amenities, great service, and sense of community make me happy to live here. Highly recommend!

Love it here! Quiet apartments with a lot of different amenities. Love taking my dog to the doggie park they have there, and I have started taking advantage of their gym more recently. The office staff is pretty friendly and helpful as well.

I’ve lived at Atlantico at Kendall for over 5 years and love it! The apartments are modern and spacious with great features like granite countertops , stainless steel appliances and big closets. The pool and gym are awesome, and the staff is super helpful. Specially Andre’s, easy to talk to and always helpful. Very family friendly, big soccer field, playgroud and a dog park. Great location too, 2 Publix’s and a Walmart near by. Parking can be tight, but I’d still recommend it.

Andres from the leasing office helped us exceptionally, making the rental process very easy. I've been here for six months and I love my 3-bedroom apartment. It's spacious and has luxurious finishes. The pool and gym are excellent. I've loved my time here.

Amazing amazing apartments and management!! Extremely beautiful rooms and great move in deals when renting in the neighborhood. Our experience visiting the apartments was wonderful, especially with Andres Padilla, who made an effort to give us the best possible treatment and make us feel at home. The place is beautiful, very clean, spacious and pleasant, perfect for a long stay and with very pleasant staff, highly recommended.

It was only two days after Christmas, and I had woken up to a very stressful situation at 6 am when my hot water heater broke, was leaking, and had begun to overflow from the closet into the kitchen. I quickly put down what I could to contain the water and then left a message for the emergency maintenance through the apartment phone service. I don’t think even 15 minutes had passed by before someone got the message and arrived at my door as I was still trying to contain the water. They had the problem stopped, cleaned up, and a new water heater installed within just a few hours. I was so relieved to have this fixed completely with little to no damage to my apartment or my belongings. The office staff is always so professional, helpful, and responsive. I feel that the service and quality of Atlantico is worth the amount I pay every month. I would recommend this apartment complex 10/10 times. Everywhere in Miami these days is expensive, but I sleep better at night knowing I can count on the people that I rent from. Thank you Atlantico staff!

This place sucks not enough parking for visitors they constanly will have your vehicle towed so you cant even visit your family and friends.then the towong company charges you 100.00 every time. Sucks Sucks and Sucks some more
