The complex is beautiful and the property management office is so helpful. Joyce is the leading office is a pleasure to deal with and so responsive!

Overall love living here and decided to renew my lease. My apartment was newly renovated and up to modern standards. I rarely have maintenance issues but the couple of times I have, maintenance came so quickly. Joyce from the leasing office is so professional, helpful, and kind! Love living here after living in some awful places.

Management and maintenance is fast and respectful, not much more to ask for as far as I'm concerened.

Recently moved into a remodeled 3 bedroom and it’s perfect! Being a first time renter, Joyce was amazing and was there to answer every question and address all needs! She was amazing to work with ! The community is quiet, has plenty of parking and the pool is a plus! Highly recommend!

Atlantic Pointe is a great place to live and has a really amazing management and maintenance team. Joyce in the office is super quick to respond to any rental questions. Their maintenance team responds timely to requests (especially locking your keys in your apt which I have done on numerous occasions). 5 Stars.

All management has been super responsive and accommodating. Everything from the apartment space to the amenities has been pristine!

You are very close to the beach and a beautiful of view of the city at night or during the day! Have shopping close by and restaurants! The facility is very quiet and updated. I’ve been here for a couple months now and all my neighbors have been awesome! I did the add on for the garage and you can find a car and or a lot of stuff in there!

I wanted an Apartment close to the beach and Atlantic Pointe that fit my needs (it is minutes from the beach). These apartments have a nice secluded feel about them with huge trees that cover the whole property.

This was my first apartment away from home. It was an amazing 2 years. Great neighbors, great maintenance and leasing offie staff. The pool, the grills, the tennis courts and all the green areas. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. Seabright a quick 10 min drive and Sandy Hook even closer. Loved it,

Beautiful setting with great facilities and top knotch management (Joyce gets 5 stars). I love living here. Apartments are well appointed and updated. It's convenient location is wonderful fun in the Summer close to Red Bank, Sea Bright, Rumson and of course Main in Atlantic Highlands and the Highlands. Just a great place to live

I just moved into Atlantic Pointe a few months ago and I am absolutely loving it. The maintenance staff was quick to respond to a few small issues when I first moved in. The property manager Joyce is SO accommodating, helpful and friendly. This was my first renting experience on my own. She was happy to answer any and all my questions prior to my move and even now. The neighborhood has a dog park which the residents frequent. It is very clean and well kept. The pool is also maintained very well and it’s an awesome amenity to be able to take advantage of. I personally enjoy all the many hiking trails that lead off the complex. Not necessarily long trails but awesome for venturing into nature so close to home! At night time the complex is well lit. I work late and this is very important to me. Lastly, the landscaping is kept so nice here! The grass is cut frequently, bushes trimmed, new flowers planted, etc. It gives the complex a beautiful aesthetic. Overall, I feel like I got so lucky with this apartment. I love it here!

My husband and I visited Atlantic Pointe Apts in late June 2022, met with Joyce, and completed the application process. We chose AP because of its proximity to family and a new grandchild on the way. This apartment community is clean, well-maintained, and attractively situated near a green space and park area. The environment seems relaxing and pleasant. Joyce (onsite property manager) was great- professional, helpful, and responsive. She assisted us with the computerized application process and answered all of our questions. We move into our new apartment in August, so I will update review at that time. But, so far, we are very pleased with our application experience and with our inspection of the grounds and exterior of the property. We’re looking forward to moving into this apartment community.

I have been very pleased with my move to Altantic Pointe in March of 2021. This was due to divorce, and Joyce was very helpful in the process, as I haven't lived in an apartment for 30 years. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond and very kind.

Joyce, the property manager's service has been outstanding. Cheerful, professional, competent and respectful. All my questions have been answered quickly, and the application process was effortless with her guidance. Looking forward to my move in date!
