Lived here for 3 years across 2 different apartments and absolutely love it. The tennis court on the 9th floor is amazing. The rooftop pools and gym are fantastic to use.

Atlantic House is a very nice place to live. The apartment layouts are good and the floor to ceiling windows are amazing. The unit we're in is a bit older and could use some refreshing, but for the price we're paying I think it's a great deal. The amenities are good (not great), but I believe they're in the process of giving them all a refresh, so hopefully that helps. I do wish they had a fenced in dog area.

Love the property, only complaint is the maintenance requests, mine are minor so it isn't too much of a nuisance, takes forever and leasing office isn't really clear on the best way to reach out to them besides seeing them in person.

I have absolutely loved living at Atlantic House. The staff, community, amenities, and quality of construction of the building are all excellent! With cement construction, the apartments are incredibly quiet. I love that there are two rooftop pools on different sides of the building - this provides amazing views of Atlanta! Also, the rooftop fitness center also has both breathtaking views and well maintained equipment! Shout out to Brandon who has been the most professional and courteous Atlantic House staff member!
I can’t ask for a better place to be in the city of Atlanta. I love staying here. All of the staff is amazing and very kind. Also the perks/rewards they offer is worthy.

Atlantic House is great so far. I just moved in and am enjoying the location in Midtown and the amenities of the apartment. The concierge is helpful and friendly, the only thing that doesn’t work quite as well is the response time of the leasing agents.

The location was fantastic, offering tons of activities nearby and a safe, secure feeling with the multi-vehicle parking garage. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. But the real star was the apartment itself. Spacious with breathtaking views, it was so comfortable we almost didn't want to leave! It provided the perfect escape for our weekend together. We just moved in and we are loving this place. Incredibly privileged location, impeccable structure, from cleaning, security, reception. We feel at home and welcomed, even though we are coming from another country and have only been here for 2 weeks!

I had a few issues prior after I moved in, but some were my fault and management went above and beyond to help me. My leasing Jorden was great. The concierge are very nice and I like how ell kept and quiet the building is.

This is one of the best apartments I’ve been in it quiet no loud music or noise. The view is very breathtaking. The staff are very helpful and the residents are very friendly

I haven't been living at The Atlantic House for long, but so far it's a great place to live. I like how the hallways are always smell good and clean. I 've read a lot of negative reviews on other properties in Atlanta regarding management and corporate. I'm happy to say the Corporate management for The Atlantic House is great. Had some hiccups during the application process. I didn't get the Approve Shield link in time to move in by my requested date. One of the reasons I decided on this residence was due to the $1500 move-in special, but I was told that it was no longer valid, despite having an email that stated I would qualify. However, people were nice and once approved, the lease signing process was easy.

Five stars for the apartment itself but lose a star for the leasing process. Over the phone it is nearly impossible to get a hold of the leasing staff, either no one will pick up or they will tell you to call back later and then you call at the specified time and everyone is busy. However, once you do get a hold of the leasing staff, they are super helpful and work with you to get the best deals available on the lease. The apartment itself is wonderful I've been living here for 4 months and I have no complaints. Centrally located by whole foods/the amazon return center and the marta stop as well. Two great pools, gym is meh but its the same as all the gyms in nearby apartments (perhaps a bit better).
