The management is terrible. That’s why the occupancy is super low. Nobody wants to do their jobs. There are common complaints that will never be corrected or addressed. Management pretends to be concerned if you complain but they don’t care. They will ask you to move out before they make a real effort to improve their work ethic or quality of service. The location is great and the floorplans are nice but the building needs a better staff. If you see anything negative online about this building or the staff, believe it.

Move in was great. a bunch of things were broke when we moved in but response time was super quick to fix issues. Windows need to be cleaned on the outside. Other than that Love the view and the place though.

I absolutely love our new apartment and everyone has been very nice and helpful. However, visitors parking is not great as my visitor got his car broken into the second day I was moving in.
Very vey clean residence, professional and super courteous! Loving everything so far, Miranda has been the best to me! Extremely attentive and friendly, I would recommend this place to everyone I know! Security is great!
Living at Atlantic House is great because of the location, amenities, and management. Maintenance is attentive and the concierge is friendly!
The lighting in my unit wasn't great upon move in & the blinds in the master bedroom (leading to the balcony) are cheap and not great. Would like to see something better, more modern, and light blocking.

Aside from my car's windows being smashed in, along with those of 20 other residents, this place isn’t that bad. Atlantic House Apartments offer spacious units with decent amenities, and the management is usually responsive. The grounds are kept relatively clean

I love my new home. Been here for 6 months and I literally cant complain about anything besides traffic lol. But recommend this location to anyone if you don't mind staying in the heart of midtown.

Lived here for 3 years across 2 different apartments and absolutely love it. The tennis court on the 9th floor is amazing. The rooftop pools and gym are fantastic to use.

Atlantic House is a very nice place to live. The apartment layouts are good and the floor to ceiling windows are amazing. The unit we're in is a bit older and could use some refreshing, but for the price we're paying I think it's a great deal. The amenities are good (not great), but I believe they're in the process of giving them all a refresh, so hopefully that helps. I do wish they had a fenced in dog area.

Love the property, only complaint is the maintenance requests, mine are minor so it isn't too much of a nuisance, takes forever and leasing office isn't really clear on the best way to reach out to them besides seeing them in person.

I have absolutely loved living at Atlantic House. The staff, community, amenities, and quality of construction of the building are all excellent! With cement construction, the apartments are incredibly quiet. I love that there are two rooftop pools on different sides of the building - this provides amazing views of Atlanta! Also, the rooftop fitness center also has both breathtaking views and well maintained equipment! Shout out to Brandon who has been the most professional and courteous Atlantic House staff member!
I can’t ask for a better place to be in the city of Atlanta. I love staying here. All of the staff is amazing and very kind. Also the perks/rewards they offer is worthy.

Atlantic House is great so far. I just moved in and am enjoying the location in Midtown and the amenities of the apartment. The concierge is helpful and friendly, the only thing that doesn’t work quite as well is the response time of the leasing agents.

The location was fantastic, offering tons of activities nearby and a safe, secure feeling with the multi-vehicle parking garage. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. But the real star was the apartment itself. Spacious with breathtaking views, it was so comfortable we almost didn't want to leave! It provided the perfect escape for our weekend together. A huge thank you to Cole for his southern hospitality and willingness to accommodate our every request.

Atlantic House is the BEST. I really enjoyed the over all experience during my apartment search this past March. My leasing agent was extremely helpful to include the Atlantic House Team on move in day
The staff is exceptional—warm, welcoming, and truly one of the highlights of living in this building. They greet you as you come and go, and their efforts to remember names are commendable. The amenities, including 24-hour gym access, are fantastic, and the location is superb.

I had a few issues prior after I moved in, but some were my fault and management went above and beyond to help me. My leasing Jorden was great. The concierge are very nice and I like how ell kept and quiet the building is.
