Some appliances doesn’t work well and maintenance is not for weekends . My moving date my apartment was not ready for me but fortunately they can fix it

Not too much to gripe about here. Pretty chill spot to be. The maintenance crew is very responsive which is good because you will need them alot.

So far everything has been great since I’ve moved in and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The apartment are very nice hard wood and clean carpets. The area is super nice with a lot of thing to do and eat.

I think this property is pretty nice. The staff are extremely friendly, which made the move that much easier!! The amenities are nice as well from the pools and the gym. I will say the gym bathrooms need some much needed updating!

Good price for space you receive. Maintenance very responsive. Front office staff can be difficult to get a hold of. I usually have to follow up on emails or call multiple times to get an answer.

The apartment is safe and the neighbors are quiet. It is relatively clean. The lawn company could do a better job picking up small trash, leaves and clippings. The management tries to make living here fun with occasional activities. Most of the small repairs we requested to be fixed were done within a reasonable time frame. Most were completed within days. One or two noncritical things within a week or two. If you are an outdoorsy person, the best feature is that the complex has an entrance to the Greenway. I wish they had a neighborhood Facebook group, it could make living here better. The things I don’t like are the frequent emails and all the speed bumps.

The apartment I moved in had wasps nest and roaches and dead wasps upon moving in. They quickly fixed the issue but still was not easy to transition to.

A nice place to live with full of amenities including 2 swimming pools, Gym, kids play area, dog park and barbeque place. Community enhancement and beautification going better day by day. Great staff with responsive maintenance team.

Cool place. Good wifi. Solid foundation. Haven't had any packages stolen. Need to give us guest passes for parking. Dog waste bags are always stocked
It was a tough August with the AC broken. Maintenance came to fix 3 days after first being reported, 5 hours later it’s broken again and we have had to sleep in temperatures ranging from 79-84°. Today, we come home from a weekend trip, and for the fourth time, the temperature does not go below 79°, and the “cool” setting blows out hot air. It’s been extremely hard on us, losing sleep and work hours because we are always exhausted, profusely sweating, and sleep deprived. Maintenance seems to be clueless about how to fix this, and since its not them sweating in the bed and being miserable, they don’t care. We should not have to call in an outside HVAC company but it’s about at that point.

Where do I start. To begin, the leasing office has a horrible air freshener/essential oils smell that leads one to believe they are covering up some smelly issues. The gym showed signs of water damage and it smelled like mold and mildew. In one of the bathroom stalls the toilet had been ripped out and looked like it never was cleaned. The stairs leading up to the apartment were stained with goodness only knows what, it was all dark brown and yellow stains. The apartment was disgusting. It hadn't been cleaned, the air vents were all rusty and the appliances looked second hand. I would stay very far away from this place.

The move in was great! The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful!!! From start to finish they answered all of our questions. The complex is very nice as well. I know we will love living here!!!

I recently moved to this residential complex and in general the experience has been positive, but there are some aspects that could be improved to make it really excellent. First of all, common areas such as the gym need more attention. The gym bathrooms are in regular condition and the machines need maintenance. As for my apartment, the washer and dryer room is old and deteriorated, which gives a bad impression. Another point to consider is cleaning in general. The stairs at the entrance are very dirty and it seems that they do not receive the necessary maintenance. On my balcony I found a living snake and there is also a honeycomb of wasps, which is worrying. The air filter in my apartment is very old and they didn't replace it, even though the new tenants were supposed to have this kind of thing in good condition. In addition, the former tenant smoked weed and the unpleasant smell has not yet completely gone away.

Great move in process. Maintenance has been amazing! We have signed a two year lease and this first half has been great. Anything that has been missing, broken, or just needed the maintenance team has been in it. The gym is one of the best I’ve experienced and two pools is great as well

the residence is extremely dirty and disgustingly not well kept at all. My building in the stairs and halls are filthy and no one cleans it at all since day one i have been living here.

Maintenance never on time to fix anything. Pool always closed. Moved into a unit that was infested with gnats B including the fridge, the unit was not clean at all upon move in day, washer didn’t work. It was just issues from the beginning living here. Had to move to another unit was better than the last but still came across issues.

It’s a nice community with great proximity to shops, grocery and restaurants. Usually real quite and everyone is friendly. The current owners have been doing property upgrades as well.
