Awful place to live.
OK, where to start? On site laundry room has broken down washers and dryers most of the time. When moving in apart from new appliances and new badly laid carpet, painted walls and doors would peel frequently. Bad walls meant you couldn't put up picures or curtins. Bathrooms and bathtub were disgusting. If it wasn't for the fact it was the only place available at the time we would never have moved in. Also no cell phone reception so get use to being outside most of the time. Also, when it comes time for renewal get ready for a huge jump in rent. Avoid this place if you can

Quiet and Clean
The apartments themselves are fairly nice, clean, and tidy, as well as the outside. There's a nice pool in the courtyard, and on site laundry machines. Also very close to almost anything in town. The only problems are sometimes getting in touch with the manager for maintenance (she's only in the office sometimes.) But maintenance is usually very quick and effective itself.
