Good Job Replace and old toilet that wasn't flushing properly and tried to remove the best they could and old HDMI cable not working from inside the wall Unfortunately it got stuck trying to replace it with a new one but they gave it their best try .

Very nice place and good value if location and budget are aligned.
Application process was confusing and laborious. However, once i started moving in, concierge has been so helpful and accommodating with furniture deliveries and movers. Tanya has been especially helpful.
Staff is amazing and the amenities are top notch. Great place to live.
Roberto and ALL the maintenance members are the best at ASTORIA. very kind and helpful all the time! I still do not understand why the building does not have routine maintence on each apartment. I would imagine the AC filters in some apartments are filthy and fire hazards in a few circumstances.
I would recommend based on the friendly staff. I would not due to the difficulty in getting in and out of designated parking spaces and length of time it takes to get to car and out of garage.

If you like partiers hanging out on the corner, intimidating you, blowing smoke in your face and telling you to go somewhere else, you’ll love it here ! Smoking is illegal in Irvine and why people choose to pay a premium to live here. Management refuses to do anything, oh wait, they stick up 2 $5 stick on signs saying no smoking and one is already ripped off. Management refuses to review camera footage for this destruction of property. Residents post signs in the elevators asking people to stop smoking, that’s pretty sad when residents complaints go unanswered and they post their own signs. These few bad apples run the place and management does zero! If you want to get Physically threatened, have it on video, have a police report and hAve management do nothing, you’ll love it here!! It’s too bad as the apartments are beautiful and front desk staff are friendly, although many need more time to train, Cindy is a rockstar. She does more than management who certain people say are their friends and why they are above the rules and lease. Actions speak louder than words. If you are a respectful law abiding person, you’ll regret moving here after about a month guaranteed! These few bad apples are so low class, disrespectful, harassing and physically threaten other residents. Don’t risk your life or your children. Explicit music is blasted at the pool so do not take your children unless you want them hearing about explicit sex acts and drug use. Does management care? ...No! Nobody takes them seriously and they are ruining this beautiful high end place. RUN!
You need to train the manager and the executives to be nice ...All employees are scared and not comfortable ...You could tel somebody or more management people are intimidating the employees ..previous management and the current one ....Some tension in the air
We like high-rise apartment living, our view, sunlight coming into the apartment, our terrace, and the building's maintenance and concierge staff. On-site parking in the underground garage is a plus. We like the location of the property, as it is convenient for us to get to places that interest us.
all maintenance requests have been dealt with very quickly where they could be. On issues that could not be fixed on site they have been quick to reach out to the vendors and order the necessary parts.
I have high expectations so I might not be the right person to answer this question however I noticed the response time for maintenance request are much shorter, Parking and storage has been cleaned, garage door was repaired and all these were broken and dirty when I moved in. So thank you Team Astoria please keep up the good work.
