The community door is broken to the apartment complex that I’m in. I’m bringing two little babies back to this apartment. That is a huge safety concern if there is a fire or any other type of emergency. It’s been like that for over a 2 weeks.

My fiancé and I moved from Washington state and Aspire was great at getting us situated and moved in. They are a very polite community that cares for its residents. They helped us to secure our home via online and the process was super simple. They show lots of care for the appearance and take well care of the apartment.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The community amenities are incredible, the quality of the cabinets, countertops, and appliances are excellent, and the grounds phenomenally maintained. We haven't seen a single insect since moving here.

Aspire was extremely welcoming to us, the property managers are so nice and helpful and they knew the answers to any questions we had. All of the amenities they provide here are so nice, we didn’t think we would need them but you can catch us using the pool and clubhouse about every other day now. Another really nice touch was the property managers left us a succulent plant and a welcoming card signed by everyone who works there on the counter when we moved in. If we have any maintenance issues they are extremely easy to get in touch with. And another big plus is the trash valet! All we have to do is set our trash outside of our door and they come pick it up for us. It is so easy to put off taking your trash out until it’s completely full but we don’t have that issue anymore because taking the trash out is more convenient now. I can go on and on about this property I would recommend it to anyone of any age there’s something here for everyone. Living here has felt like a vacation and I don’t ever want to leave!!

Aspire is An amazing complex with an even better leasing team that will help you through every single process and procedure. The girls are very personable and understand situations and work with you the best way they can. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The walls are extremely thin and you can hear every little noise from the units next to you as well as from the hallway, there were kids CONSTANTLY running up and down the hallways and stairs playing around as if it were a playground. BUT EVEN WORSE THAN THAT... when I moved out, a new tenant moved in 3 days later, however I continued to be billed for the electricity even though I was no longer living in the apartment and the new tenant was living in there. They stated the reason why I was the one being billed was because "the new tenant never paid their deposit, so I was still responsible for the electricity", which makes absolutely no sense. This ended up being sent to collections as Aspire was unwilling to help me pay this bill even though their new tenant failed to pay the deposit, which is obviously not my fault. I offered to pay the electricity for the days up until the new tenant moved in, however they refused to work with me even though they could have easily charged the new tenant for the electricity they used while living in the apartment and used that money to pay the bill. Their excuse was that they "didn't want to bug the new tenant with that" even though they are the ones who should be responsible for paying. It's unfortunate that they don't really care about you once they know you're moving out, but just shows that they only care about money. If you want to live somewhere where the management actually cares to help you out and isn't greedy, then this isn't the place for you. Very unprofessional.

Can’t recommend living here new leasing people are better but the community itself is terrible and no one follows the contract. The build quality is terrible to the contractors should be fired it should not have passed any kind of safety inspection with how badly built these buildings are it’s an embarrassment

My son rented here for 9 mo. we were told that he could break his lease and they would be able to rent it out, when it came right down to it they made us buy it out. That is not the big issue, what I am so upset about is the lack of communication you get, each time you call you can rarely get ahold of a live person, when you do get someone, they have no answers, they refer you to the customer service department?? My son has been moved out for over 3 mo. and is STILL being billed for utilities!! We cleaned the apartment to the point where you could eat off the floor, they still charged him 250.00 for cleaning, what did they clean? I have called , emailed, no response!!! They are quick to take your money but won't help you out when you need anything!!! RUN, don't walk from this place!!! I will make sure and let everyone I know about this ridiculous company!!!!!

The apartments aren’t bad, but there is a lot of work to even consider these “luxury”. Slightly disappointed in the amount we pay and all the additional charges for a 900-1000 sq ft unit with amenities not even finished and show no signs of completion for a while. Guidelines aren’t really followed within the community but the location is great.

This place has horrible communication. They gave us the wrong number to call them. They never once reached out to us. They decided to change the price of the apartment while we had a move in date. We never got a call about this and then they denied us and never thought it was a good idea to call us. They really skrewed us over with charges we had already paid. I don’t recommend this type of customer service to anyone. It was a terrible experience and I am VERY disappointed in how they handled it all around.
