Located on the eastern edge of Aurora, Side Creek rests on prairie land and has scenic views of the Rocky Mountains. The neighborhood is directly adjacent to Buckley Air Force Base, making it a great choice for military employees and families, especially since the area is known for its good schools. Along with a namesake park, Side Creek is near several popular parks including Cherry Creek State Park, a local favorite for camping and other outdoor hobbies, which is only six miles south of Side Creek. This small residential neighborhood has apartments available for rent. There aren’t any stores or restaurants in Side Creek, but the neighborhood is near several shopping plazas and Town Center at Aurora, which is only four miles away.

I recently moved in and had couple of things to be fixed, especially related to water leaks. I created the ticket and walked in to the office. In next couple of hour a maintenance guy showed up. The guy was super cool and he done his job perfectly in one shot.

It's spacious, has good lighting and depending on the building a good view. My teenage son is enjoying it because it's not too far from the high school but seriously if you're in this area and you're looking for a place to live I would recommend it

I have lived here with my son since 2010. Love my spot on the corner and having garages to keep my vehicles off the street. Maintenance team is the BEST - and always friendly when you see them around the complex. Snow removal this past Winter was way better and I was told the Maintenance guys finally got some Snow Blowers.....Grounds teams are already out working on the grass and trimming... Overall - Good spot to live...

I recently completed my lease at this property, and my overall experience has been quite mixed. While there are some positive aspects, several issues have made my stay less than ideal. Pros: The maintenance team deserves commendation for their prompt and efficient service. They have consistently addressed concerns in a timely manner, enhancing the overall living experience. Cons: Dirty Pool: The pool, touted as a luxury amenity, has been consistently dirty during my stay. This has been disappointing, as I expected a clean and well-maintained space for relaxation. Incomplete Gym Equipment: The gym lacks a complete set of weights, which has been inconvenient for those looking to maintain a regular fitness routine. This oversight should be addressed to ensure that residents can fully utilize the facilities provided. Pet Waste Issues: One major concern is the abundance of dog waste around the property. It's disheartening to be unable to enjoy the grassy areas due to the prevalence of pet waste. Stricter regulations or increased efforts in pet waste management are necessary. Parking Challenges: Finding parking has been a consistent struggle, and the need to walk five minutes from my car to my door every night is inconvenient and frustrating. This significantly detracts from the convenience expected in a residential community. Security Concerns: Security is a significant issue as my car has been broken into five times during my lease. Improved security measures, such as surveillance cameras or increased patrols, are essential to ensure the safety of residents and their property. Inconsistent Trash Pickup: Despite paying for valet trash service, there have been instances where the trash was not picked up. This inconsistency is not only inconvenient but also goes against the services promised as part of the rental agreement. Unclean Apartment at Move-In: Upon moving in, I found my apartment to be in an unacceptable condition. A thorough cleaning should be standard procedure to ensure that new residents feel comfortable and welcome in their new homes.

Aspen Ridge is a remarkably okay place to sleep, especially if you enjoy cold drafts coming through the window framing and paying for sprinklers to water the grass even in the rain!

Overall the units are nice as well as the amenities available. Maintenance, painting and cleaners prior to moving in need to be improved upon.

Aspen ridge is a great apartment for avid hikers that love getting out into the mountains but also have jobs in the Denver area.

Other than my personal apartment issues, i.e. Maintenace issues, this complex is amazing. Its very clean, quite, and well put together.

The apartment is very nice, but, I hate the valet trash service. It makes the hallway look like an alley. Most residents near me are non-compliant with the trash service protocol. Their trash, at times, is left out for days.

Management made it an easy process to tour and apply. It was great having step by step clarity. They’re well knowledges and honest which is also appreciated. Aspen Ridge is updated I love the flooring and appliances and I also like that the Wi-Fi is already installed and ready to go!

Apt is beautiful. View of the mountains is incredible. The trash left outside of neighbor's door for days makes hallway look like an alley. Some residents need to be reminded of the valet trash policy.

I have lived here at Aspen for almost 3 years and it has been great, management is awesome , maintenance has always been on top of it . I would highly recommend Aspen Ridge to other family’s . The only thing is there is no assign parking which makes it hard sometimes .
