Property Ratings at Aspen Ridge Apartments
One of the best properties I have ever lived at. The units are stylish, full of unique amenities like a coffee bar, gas fireplaces and a breakfast nook, large patios, and best of all, a very responsive management team and one of the best maintenance teams on the planet! They are prompt and know their stuff. Everything gets fixed on time with zero hassle. Located in a great area of Reno too. Walking distance from anything you want! I have signed my 3rd lease here which makes this the longest stay of any property I have rented.
Wonderful place to live with an excellent management team.
The maintenance staff routines completes service work orders the same day. They're completely on top of maintaining the units.

Very clean and kind community. We love the daily trash pick up, all the dog stations available around the area and the price is very affordable. We love Aspen ridge and recommend it to everyone that mentions needing a new home in Reno.

Aspen ridge is a beautiful community with an amazing location right off lake ridge golf course and close to shopping and dining. The pools are very nice and the apartment is cozy and comfortable. The leasing staff (CJ) was amazing and made the move in process super easy for us. We appreciate her and love our new home!

I would have given them five stars based on living here. However I have to give a poor review because of moving out. I took very good care of the apartment. Particularly the floors. I never even wear shoes in the house and vacuumed at least every other day. So my carpets were in great condition. I lived there three years and had to move because of circumstance. I moved everything out and cleaned everything. I even had a pre-inspection prior to move out. They said everything was great. The following week I get my move out statement. They're trying to charge me $600 for my portion of the carpet. Instead of cleaning the carpets they decided to completely replace them. When asked why they chose this. They said the vendor they use said the carpets were not saveable and they rely on their expertise. There was not one stain, tear or hole in the carpet. There was no reason that they needed to replace them. All they needed to do was clean them which I would have gladly paid for. The company is clearly out for the money and they don't care.

This is the best apartment community that I’ve ever lived in. It’s in a great area of town right at the base of the Sierra Nevada mountains. It has well maintained outdoor and indoor swimming pools. It’s situated on a golf course and it’s a well maintained apartment community. It’s really tough to beat!

I’ve only been at aspen ridge for one week but it feels like home already. It’s spread out over many acres of well maintained landscape, love the dog park, people in general are friendly and it’s quiet and unassuming. So far so good.

My 10 year old and I really love living here. Although there are lots of kids and still a very quiet community amenities like an indoor pool, tennis courts and basketball courts keep them busy. Plus plenty of places for them to ride their bikes. One of my favorite things is how courteous and prompt maintenance is. Any little thing and they’re willing to help. They usually get the job done right the first time too! Management has been very patient and helpful when dealing with any issues that have come up as well. Although I’d love to live in a house again someday, I really love living here. As a single mom, I feel really safe and secure.

I love it here! The grounds are clean and so pretty with the rolling green grass. I have an excellent view of downtown Reno. It's cozy and tucked away, and I feel safe here. The staff is amazing. They are all so kind. This is definitely my favorite place to live and I will be here a long time.

I love living at Aspen Ridge Apartments. The landscaping is always manicured and kept up. If there is something that needs fixing they are prompt to respond and get it fixed. It's also nice to have the valet service for garbage because I physically can't take it out. I also like how safe I feel here, you can't put a price on that.

Anxious attachment style when moving? The leasing managers at Aspen Ridge accommodated me without knowing they even were. The whole process was well-represented, cleanly executed, and you didn't have to guess where you were in the process or what came next. Having everything online was so much easier to navigate, and I didn't even have to worry about making myself a copy of the lease. I got a copy in my packet, along with everything I needed to know about Aspen Ridge. I really love living here. The staff is always attentive and kind. They make sure we are happy and communicate very well about anything going on in the property. I would definitely recommend someone to live here!
