Tucked into the mountains in the middle of the Coconino National Forest, Flagstaff encompasses everything fascinating about Arizona. It is in the shadow of the state's tallest mountain -- Humphreys Peak, and it is home to the Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort. It is also near the Wupatki National Monument, Walnut Canyon National Monument, Meteor Crater, and Grand Canyon National Park. Considered one of the world's most important places, the observatory was where Pluto was discovered in 1930.

Property Ratings at Aspen Leaf
I'll try to keep it short. New management is awful and does not care about it's residents, answer calls, or follow through with repair requests. Never got my sink fixed. Overall management has practices that have made me question it's legality. apartments (have been to my neighbor's) are in a poor condition and does not compete with other Flagstaff apartments despite them pricing it so.
