everything is awesome my only concern is the amount of people who park in the gates but don’t have a tag. Even people who do have a tag but are supposed to be in the covered area.

Living at my apartment has been a positive experience overall. The community feels safe and welcoming, and the staff are helpful and quick to respond to maintenance requests. The amenities, like the gym and pool, are clean and well-kept, which makes daily life more enjoyable. I also appreciate how quiet the area is, making it easy to study or relax after a long day. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and convenient place to call home.

Aspen is a great place to live! The community and staff are great. The amenities such as the pool, weight room, sand volleyball court, and many more are always clean and readily available!

Good apartment, good people and employees, having trouble with maintenance but not employees fault. Convenient parking garage with covered parking.

Quick and easy to make repairs. No issues with shipping. Management is very friendly and helpful. I enjoy that they are very responsive and communicative with residents about events. They have community events at least once or twice a month with all complementary snacks/ goodies!

I really like how the community is gated and I feel safe here. I also like how our room faces outwards so we have a view of the Cardinal’s Stadium.

The building is extremely nice and safe, and a good distance from campus. The building staff is extremely helpful and care about the residents.

Aspen Heights Springfield has been amazing experience for the past few months. It has so many essential amenities that I can use on the daily.

I’ve really enjoyed my time here. From day one, the leasing staff made the process smooth and welcoming. Maintenance is always fast and reliable, and the property is kept in excellent condition. The community events and the overall atmosphere make this feel more like a neighborhood than just an apartment. I’m grateful to have found a place that feels like home.

I had a great experience. Apartments are super nice and maintenance responds very quickly when I had a problem in my apartment which was very nice.

My roommates and I love it here! At the pool everyday, such a great addition! We also love how it’s right next to campus. Can’t wait for this year!

Process was really smooth to move in and they made sure we knew all of our options to save money. They were very willing to to help us with anything and made me feel comfortable with asking questions!

Aspen Springfield has been a great place in terms of amenities, and price. I enjoyed my experience living here in terms of just the proximity to retail and to the distance to the main road and campus.

Great people working at Aspen, I couldn't ask for a better team. Everyone is friendly and respects one another. Rooms are kept in good conditions.

Love the community and staff! Everyone is so nice. My only complaint is the noise level and the trash service being so loud and coming at the worst time of the day.

Overall had a really good experience. Matched with a really good group of girls. Had some maintance issues but they were resolved in a timly manor. Very student living.

It’s a little dirty in the public areas. Very noisy at all times. You can hear everything from the hallways/outside in the apartment. Overall very nice.

The application process was very quick and easy, and all of the employees on our tour were very helpful and took a lot of stress of me and my roommates

Aspen is a decent place to live for students who attend Drury, OTC and Missouri State. Its a good value for the money and affordable for college students who are looking to invest in a house down the road like I am, be mindful that it is a party apartment complex that has noisy neighbors.

this apartment is amazing. It is fully furnished, it comes with a nice pool, has an in unit, washer and dryer, and every room has its own bathroom. I couldn’t ask for more in an apartment complex!

Aspen is overall a great environment and a great place to live during college. Although, my specific apartment has had many minor issues which can be frustrating. Maintenance is usually quick to respond but it’s majority bandaid fixes. The amenities are great and the environment is very modern which I love.

I love living here and having the strong community around me. However, for the price that I am paying, I feel there should not be pet waste in the stairwell every day, the amenities could be updated, and rent should not be increasing if I renew.

For the price and amenities, I am beyond excited to be living here! It has many different floor plans available which can accommodate to any situation.

There are things that I like about living at the Aspen. The things I like least mostly have to do with my neighbors. My only take on the staff here is that either you're one of them or you're kinda dismissed, by "one of them" I mean the folks who look and talk like them. -- That said, my fellow peers that allow their dogs to defecate and urinate in our stairwells, on others doors, sidewalks, super agitating. Do better or don't have pets... Also, I don't know maybe pick up your trash a little more. -- Other than those things pretty dope. Solid gym (although who thought, windows EVERYWHERE, gym, PERFECT).

There is not really any noise control because people are usually blaring music at 2am in the morning or have parties on the weekends. Office always closes early. And I've had horrible roommates that me and my other roommate have filed police reports against for harassment, and yet the office still can't do anything. They'll just tell you that we can "talk it out in a group meeting with management". Gates haven't been broken within the last six months so that's a really good start. Still, I give three stars because it's probably the best place you're going to get within downtown Springfield. Pray that you're a heavy sleeper or bring headphones.

My resident experience has still been great. I love living here and having all of the amenities. The gym could use some updating, but for the most part everything is great.

Aspen is overpriced and has difficult and unprofessional management. They were always completely unhelpful. It made my living experience as well as my roommates difficult and not enjoyable. Would not recommend living here!

As a Missouri State University student, I have to say that Aspen is by far the safest place to live due to its security staff, gated parking, and security cameras. I’ve lived at two other apartment complexes in Springfield, and they haven’t come close to the safety provided by Aspen. Furthermore, the staff is always welcoming and will go out of their way to help you in any way they can. The amenities are pretty awesome too (pool, tanning bed, gym, free printing, computer lab, lounge, etc.)! Definitely recommend!
