Tried to schedule a tour at this place and they keep changing the date and time to randomly selected appointments without any input even though you chose a time they offered. Lazy staff. Also, no one answers the phone at this complex’s office so beware once you’re a resident and overpaying your rental rate you won’t be able to get help from maintenance of the staff when you need
I have been staying here since 2 years. I initially thought of giving them a 4 star when i moved in but now i can give them 1 star because of the maintenance which has gone down. i have been facing the refrigerator problem since 3 days. all the food in the refrigerator was getting frozen. I raised a complaint day before yesterday as an emergency after giving continuous calls they have sent the maintenance guy exactly at the closing hour yesterday i.e at 5 PM and he did nothing he just said that the grip of the door was loosened he just pressed it and he told that it will work now so confidently he didn't even check the water filter which also got froze which is outside the door. all the perishable food items which i kept outside for 2 days got spoiled which i thought was okay but yesterday after thinking the problem was solved placed some more food items even those got damaged after getting frozen. today we called them regarding this issue again the management told that they would be discussing this with their team till now no one came or called us. Don't know when they are going to respond again. "DON'T EVEN CONSIDER OF MOVING IN"

Do not even consider of moving here. When we moved here the apartment restrooms were not clean. Now the refrigerator has been out for more than 16 hours and no one showed up. The emergency voicemail clearly states that refrigerator outage is considered as an emergency maintenance. I received a call from on call maintenance guy and he was shouting and hung up the phone. This is just ridiculous. DO NOT MOVE TO ASPEN AT MERCER CROSSING.
