Property Ratings at Aspect
When I first moved in I lived in the first floor, I had to move because my upstairs neighbor was a nightmare, they would blast music from midnight to 4-5 am. Multiple neighbors complained and moving room was the only solution presented to us. Oh and we were forced to upgrade since we were moving during our lease. Once on the fourth floor and in the east building you’d think conditions would be better , nope. Across the street there’s a huge parking lot where car meets happen. Those nights you’re woken up to the sounds of drifting/ burning tires. If that doesn’t bother you, then maybe the fact that they have maintenance start with leaf blowers at 8 am EVERYDAY. So if you like sleeping in once in a while, I wouldn’t move here.

I wish I can put zero stars !!! I lived in this complex for 13 months, I can say that for me I found a lot of disadvantages while living here. Very unsafe area a lot of drug addicted homeless people around, often outside the window you see tents that are put in the parking lot near the bowling club across the street, shouting at night, thin walls, you will hear every step of the neighbors above, also under the windows often at night strongly heard cars that drift, the pool was always in an unsatisfactory state, branches, dirt and so on... BBQ grill was often in a dirty state and did not always work. But the biggest disadvantage for me is that they took away 2000$ from my deposit, although the apartment was clean and without any damage, I left the apartment in exactly the same condition as when I moved in. I strongly advise you not to choose this complex for your future residence, you will be very disappointed! Never move in here!

THIS WAS MY HOME FOR PAST 13 MONTH, THIS IS THE WORST APPARTMENT COMPLEX EVER! NEVER MOVE IN THERE! It was such terrible experience with an apartment, after 13 months of leasing there were only disadvantages. Its not a safe area at all, loud drift cars right to apartment complex at Bowlero with loud music in the middle of the night ( and everyone that lives there will agree ). This area is absolutely teeming with homeless people, from time to time they are in the apartment area, at the pool or other grill area. Once you step outside the complex or just look out the window, 95% of seeing a crackhead. The Jacuzzi doesn't work more often than it does. The pool is not heated and its always dirty. In the entertainment area, the pool table sticks are probably still broken and residents are waiting on the new ones until this day, for about 6 months now. All the hallways are infested with dogs. The Trash rooms smell bad. It is very noisy, the walls and ceiling do not insulate the sound at all. While I was there, an expensive parcel was stolen. They also broke into my wife's car on a guest parking. And in the end, they don’t give back the deposit at all, charge me $2000, ( and I returned the apartment in the same condition as when I moved in there. Everyone I’ve spoken to about the deposit said that it is the first time they have seen complex ripping off like this. Never, never, never move into these apartments!!!! One of the advantages is freeway close to them. That’s about it.

Recently moved out but I have lived at this poorly managed apartment for 2 years. This apartment is a terrible place to live. There are constant tweakers around the premise and sometimes in the stairwell. The elevators are constantly breaking I’m down in the east building. The tenants have dogs that just pee and poop wherever they like and the owners do NOT pick it. The only thing positive about this place is the maintenance crew and John (who does not work there anymore). Also be advised you will not be getting your security deposit back.

The Aspect is very pet friendly and the units are well insulated for sound.Not perfect but very good compared to other complexes. The Leasing Office and maintenace teams are very professional and delightful. I am loving my time here and do not look forward to having to move in the future.

Supporting employees from leasing, walk me through each & every single step before move-in. The apartment was nice & clean on the day we moved in, there was not even a single thing we were had to complain about. I requested a closer parking spot to my apartment & the leasing office took action & I got the new parking spot right away. The property is incredible but it's rain by equally inept management. Residents leave trash outside of their units and in the hallways. Managements response: remove the trash cans from the parking lot. Ann and Christine are the exception to the rules. Dianna and the rest of management are not suited for property management. I lived here for almost 2 years. They refused to repair issues in the unit during the pandemic and have been inconsistent with the amenities my rent pays for but I am not allowed to use. I'd give 1 star but the property has so much potential.

Pros of living here: - Modern - Inside of the complex is nice - Staff is nice, and responsive, as well as maintenance, unless you need a filter for your AC system. Cons: - The area that this complex is in, is not a good one. - Lots of college kids live here and speed around the parking structures. - YOU ARE IN THE SAME PARKING LOT AS A CLUB - Do not expect to get much sleep because of the point above. - I had my motorcycle stolen out of the 'secure' parking garage. - Bathtubs aren't level and stain easy - Exposed nails in the carpeting upon move in. - Mall parking lot is used as a drag strip in the middle of the night, Lemon isn't exactly a quiet street either. - Security here is a joke, there is RFID access around the building, but people prop doors open, tailgate into the structures, and structures have extremely poor camera coverage. - COVID situation handled poorly. Amenities were closed, and that’s part of one of the reasons rent is as high as it is here. There was no offer of rent reduction due to the restricted amenities. - Rent is very expensive. - Fellow tenants use the trash in the parking garage as their personal dumpster - Fellow tenants also too lazy to use garbage chute in garbage room. So here’s my review of this complex. It looks nice, it’s modern, has nice facilities, and is generally clean. The staff have been very nice too. But, the location of it is awful, the security is a joke, it’s expensive, hard to sleep, loud, and full of disrespectful tenants.

The apartment is built very nicely. Modern, sleek, and new. Spacious rooms and lavish bathrooms. I would definitely invest in a more active cleaning crew to maintain the apartment and sanitize the trash area, common residence walking area, and pet area. Overall apartment is on a very busy active main street, and it can get very loud.

Unless you live at the top floor (4th floor), you will suffer from the neighbors walking on their elbows. Poorly built. leasing office does not do crap to fix anything for you. Amenities are closed most of the time, garage gate broken all the time. Pet owners never pick up after their dogs. Building maintenance and cleaning gets done maybe once every 3 months if lucky - meaning filthy hallways and elevators. Remind you it's right by DTF and you will suffer from drunk people being loud in the shared parking lot. You can hear loud cars and noises ALL THE TIME at ANY HOUR because it's right in the middle of big streets :)

The Aspect Apartments in Fullerton is a wonderful pet-friendly community that remains quiet despite the furry guest. The sound insulation for the units is amazing! The apartment complex that offers great tenant amentities while being close to stores, downtown, and freeway access.
Great apartment units. Large and spacious. Love the high ceilings and storage space in kitchen and bathrooms. Poor management team, lack of professionalism and communication. Security is an issue as well. Amenities are great but they dont upkeep. Tvs in clubhouse, pool, and lounge rooms are never working and they dont intend to fix it. I have notified them about 5 times already and they responded with a very rude and annoyed response. I dont feel respected and valued as a resident.
Other then the above issues with noisy upstairs neighbors and pet I love this community

This apartment is really everything you could ever ask for. There is every amenity you could imagine, maintenance on call, and such friendly staff. Our apartment has such a unique layout. I really couldnt ask for more!
