The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Dont fix anything had roaches more then tenant the office stole my money order and never replaced it i left because they didn’t care about there residents ppl played loud music in the apts the walls are paper thin you could hear the ppl talking in the next apts the air conditioner don’t work nor did the heater just save your money its may look good until you mive in the gym smells like mold the hallway smelled bad they had the codes on the door but it useless when ppl don’t lock the doors or they give the codes to everyone
Worse place to live in we had a leak in our first apartment we had to move out of there, the relocated us into a “remodeled” apartment which had all of the doors not on right or the doors were missing. The bathroom sink had a leak which wasn’t fixed which turned into mold. That was a month ago that they were notified, their excuse is that they only have one maintenance guy. The only reason we moved into this apartment was because I was pregnant and my baby was on the way. Leaving a bad review because maintenance is horrible and take forever for things to get done. The sink and doors still haven’t been fixed. Also the hallway’s always stink like weed and sometimes comes into the room.

This property has changed management and it has been hell ever since, it’s roach infested, when your appliances break down they replace them with old appliances and they want someone to move in. The hallways smell like straight weed. The garage is always over flowing that mice are now here. My lease can’t end fast enough

I needed a water heater replaced due to leak into the floor below me and I still have not gotten one after 2 weeks not hot water and no heat in my apartment!!! I would not suggest living here especially after new management has taken over!!!
The maintenance should be rated separately because if they were I would give them a 5 Star rating. Everyday when I walk my dog, I see these guys out in the yard picking up the trash people just throw on the ground. People also throw their bags of trash on the ground by the dumpsters which cause the Vultures to come and tear the bags open spreading trash everywhere. Every morning you will see Ronnie and Steve picking up these bags and scooping up the trash to keep the vultures away. Ronnie is awesome and very polite. Last week I went for a walk and when I came back my door would not open. I was heading to the office to see if I could get someone to open it when I ran into Ronnie, I told him what happened, he told me he would fix it and would meet me at my apartment. A few minutes later he came walking across the parking lot and fixed my door. I’ve also seen him after hours picking up bags of trash that people throw on the ground instead of putting it in the dumpster, so it doesn’t end up all over the next morning. Steve has had to come back to Ashton to fix my air conditioner this summer and did not complain once about it the 40-minute drive to get here. He as well as Ronnie are always polite and friendly when they see you. I’m not sure what they make in wages, but I’m sure it’s not enough for the work they do.

HORRIBLE!!! Please don’t move here they are trying to make it look nice again since it’s spring and new leasing time... it will look like nothing by 2 months from now hallways smell like cigarettes, weed and trash! MICE MICE MICE .. It’s in all the buildings and they can’t control it, Your water bill is 95 but it’s never that you pay a third party and they charge you extra each month!!!! There has been multiple shootings, thefts and more!

During my experience living here, I have experience issues with rodents, AC leaking very badly, carpet was soaked. Took them a week and a half to replace. They don’t do the proper filter changes. There’s a huge hole under my cabinet which was not put in properly. There is a lack of communication, the rental office opens and closes on there own time. They take the cheapest way to fix a situation. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to the homeless. If I could give this no stars I would.
