Ashleye Village

I witnessed SEVERAL people in my hometown page talking about for years they struggled with BLACK MOLD here & the complex would not do anything about it. It even spread to children's clothings and still management has never helped except paint over it.

It is a good place to start the condo experience. The place is quiet, despite the presence of many children. Neighbors are respectful. There are no annoying noises. Many of the owners do not collaborate with the cleanliness and proper order of the common areas. However, the management staff does their best. The administrative staff is respectful, friendly, and diligent. It is a good place.

My dog has a bad habit of picking up trash and these apartments dont help too much trash around the property. The apartments that are empty get new appliances and the people who have been here for years still have old outdated appliances, makes no sense to me, but to the new people who move in they get to have new appliances. On the brite side managment seems to be caring and nice people.

We recently got approved to rent here with bad credit(490-520 range), which is super helpful for those struggling in that area. Of course I had to pay extra deposit, but that’s only natural. I was grateful to find a place to live. The complex is less than 5 minutes from the lake, so I’m super excited to enjoy it in the following months. The leasing manager was prompt with assisting us and other customers, as well as find us the apartment we needed. I look forward to living at Ashleye Village for the next 13 months. :)

i have lived in ashleye village apt for over 6 years. i'm very happy here.we have been trough a few managers most of them good but i just want to say matthew is got to be one of my favorites . he is professional but also fun. when you walk into his office he. is quick to greet you and take care of you with a smile on his face.it is like i have known him for ever.it is fun living here and i have brought in 2 other families and would refer anyone to live here. thank you matthew for being such a good manager super guy . i give you 5 stars. keep up the good work. sharon boyd

I moved here a couple years ago I had so many problems with the staff in the office crystal and tammy ruined these apartments!!!! Last year two new employees came in they picked up the garbage and made living here better! I believe their names are Carla and Alma and all of sudden they are gone and crystal is back ruining it again!! The maintenance guy works hard for it to be only him! He tries! Get rid of the ladies in the front!!!

As a renter with almost 4 years of living at Ashleye Village. It has completely changed when it comes to the admin office and the expectations on livability. when I first moved in it desurved the 1 star rate. Now that new managers and maintenance have changed its definitely a 5 star. No it may not be uptown Dallas. But it is an affordable place in to live in this economy. I have a disabled mother who doesnt drive and the admin office has helped her out of the bottom of their hearts. They have aidded her when she is with out food or transportation. Helping with other issues she had. I highly recommend to all those who need a nice place to stay at a good rate.
