Landlord is horrible, hard to get in contact with anyone if you need anything maintenance takes for ever I fixed my power my self. Roaches mice, kids running in the halls hot water doesn’t work in the winter dryer and washers are old I can go on and on save your money and don’t waste your time.
disgusting place, I don’t recommend this apartment to anyone! the employees behave rudely, they don’t listen to their tenants, they don’t solve problems, they don’t value new customers, they don’t answer questions, they just need money and that’s it!
I went to see a “deluxe one bedroom” and it was very tiny. The hallways are filthy! And the appliances were dented and scratched. The outside grounds looks way better than the inside. I wasted precious time out of my day, and I was very disappointed.
When I say don’t waste your time I went to see a 1 bedroom because it doesn’t show on here. The one bedroom is like your living in a box ?? if you want somewhere just to sleep and your never home then it may be for u but if you want to actually love and enjoy where u live this place is not it !!!
I just rented the new renovated 2 br with Washer and Dryer inside my apartment and i absolutely love it!!! is so convenient and all the appliances are brand new. My apartment looks so modern and so chic that I will recommend all my friends to move in Ashley court. There is also a gym with a business center in the new leasing center for all the residents ... I am very happy I decided to move in to Ashley court apartments.
I'm a tenant at Ashley court, it's been a great expierance so far, office staff and maintenance are great they really on top of the situation and making our stay that much better can't wait to renew my lease this coming year. Ps grounds are kept really nice and overall great place to live!!
I am a current resident of this complex and made a huge mistake moving in. It's been 2 months and I had already two incidents here. My car was vandalized...the right side mirror was broken. The parking doesn't have any cameras installed even though the management claims they have them. Today on 12/27/16 there was a smoke coming out from one of the apartments in the basement of building 7. I called the office so that they can send someone over to take a look. Apparently, they have only one guy here who does everything around here. He came in the building for a sec and left saying there's nothing wrong. Well, there might be nothing wrong but he could at least talk to people and explain.....the management says it happens all the time with people in this building. At least you owe us some explanation or a little respect.
This is a perfect building you love being surrounded by friendly neighbors and a very helpful staff. When ever I have an issue whether big or small it is responded to with very high importance. Its a very quite neighborhood and not to mention there is a 24 hour WaWa directly across the street !!!
I have not moved in yet but from what I understand this location has just about everything within arms reach. Septa route 58 right at the corner, a WaWa across the street, a CVS and a nice shopping center right nearby. If you are looking for a good apartment and shopping where you don't have to worry about walking mile out of your way then Ashley Court is the place.
