Everyone we met or spoke with from our tour of the building to move-in day was so helpful and professional! The staff is so willing to help with anything you need.
Staff is friendly, responsive and professional. Nice location. Some things to fix/improve: 1. Foul, garbage-like odor in lobby, 2. Problematic elevators, 3. Pressure wash garage entrances (some residents let their pets use these areas as bathrooms), 4. Vacuum/clean resident hallways and elevator lobby's more frequently and thoroughly, 5. Sewer gas odor emanating from kitchen sink (started earlier this year)

Toured numerous places between Channelside/Water St and am convinced Asher is the best place to live downtown. Location speaks for itself, but top of the line amenities with a friendly and focused staff really set this place apart.

The location is great. Unfortunately the property is going down the hill. Amenities keep breaking and they do not get fix. Prices on renewals keep increasing after market rents are going downhill. After you move out they lower the unit by 35% so the new tenant gets a month free and lower rent than you. The mobile app to access elevators and garages doesn’t work most of the time. The TV room hasn’t work for over a year and still missing the middle screen. The gym needs update on machines. Pool chairs are completely filthy and old. All community events have budget cuts and have really degraded from when the property open. I hope they wake up soon and get it back to shape!! Move out is the only way at this time.

I like a downtown breathe of the center of Tampa in Asher. At night, everything looks like a candlelight around us. It feels really cozy. Various Amenity level activities are so good. Gigstreem WiFi is not working well even if I pay $80 every month. But it could offset by community activities. My unit is close to Seminole highway so, it is loud all day everyday.

Great apartment! I love living here with my dog. The restaurants downstairs are great and the staff is amazing. Only downside is that the valets in the garage drive a little crazy.

Great location in Tampa. Unfortunately the property is deteriorating slowly. Amenities could use some love and care. The gym is slowly breaking and could use some leg machines. The pool area and furniture could use some care. The events are slowly disappearing or really low budget. The rent keeps going up :(

I just moved into Asher to join my boyfriend, who has been an Asher resident for about 6 months. Since he moved into Asher, we have both been treated with flawless service, respect, timeliness, and priority. The management staff including Grace, Kevin, and Olivia have shown us exceptional care from showing us units, setting up an easy move-in, and answering all questions, to ensuring we always feel at home. Other staff including those at the front desk and amenities level are quick to support us and always share a warm smile. Great Customer Service , from the Concierge to Housekeeping ! Love the amenities! Residents are courteous!! The apartment was up to standards when we moved in!! In general love my surrounding full of restaurants and activities.

Absolutely love living in the Asher. The leasing team made move in incredibly easy and they were extremely organized. The building itself is amazing, the apartments have all new appliances & are very modern. Amenities unlike any other apartment building in Tampa.

Excellent and smooth process. It’s almost a plug and play experience making it easy for new comers. The leasing agents will help you along the way. Amenities and facilities are great and the building location is very convenient with many places to eat, places to go and a great market for groceries.

Asher has nice amenities. The gym is nice, but lately it hasn’t been looked after. The walls are really thin and I can hear my neighbors alarm go off in the mornings. The power cuts off when I simultaneously use my stove and washer/dryer.

Love living here. If you’re looking for a nice, clean, aesthetically pleasing apartment this is it. I like this place a lot bc the neighborhood offers a diverse range of peoples as well as having mostly all you need in walking distance.

It is great here, we absolutely love it here! The events, the amenities, the gym and especially the pool. I can’t point a finger on anything besides the buildings Wi-Fi after they decided to change it. It is a challenge when you work from home.

Overall good, but the utilities at this place are a lot than I was spending anywhere else, maybe something to do with the water cooler ac. Rent should be stable due to large amount of apartments building in the area.

Love living here so far! The apartment and neighborhood are both fantastic. So are the people. Pool and gym are both best I’ve seen in apartment buildings.

Been living here since September and it has been wonderful so far. Staff is top-notch and so polite, everything is always clean, and we've really been enjoying the social events that the building puts on!

The property is starting to fall apart. Amenities are breaking and not getting fixed just left broken. Rents keep going up but property is not being maintained. The events are slowly starting to disappear with no budget at all. No more towels at the gym and coffee is only for 1 hour in the morning. The TV room doesn’t work and hot tub has never worked since I moved in.

I really love it here. I looked at the other two apartment buildings available on Water St. but none came close to Asher. The building is beautiful and well kept. The amenities are flawless. The concierge is incredibly polite and helpful. Lastly, the daily coffee service is the cherry on top!

I've lived in Asher for a couple months now and so far the experience has been very good! The outdoor area, pool, gym, and workspaces are all very nice and I really enjoy the neighborhood. The staff is very helpful and friendly .

The staff was always there to answer any of my questions and made the process so smooth! I love my floor, it is very quiet. The amenity deck is amazing and I cant wait for the hot tub to be up.
