I have lived here for I believe 3 years now!! The ladies at the office are so nice, and they come up with the cutest little parties for the residents. The maintenance people are absolutely as sweet as can be, and the people they have really do fix the problem instead of "temporary" fixing it. I completely recommend!

easy move in process but staff is 50/50 with response and communication. apartment itself is nice with everything we would need. only complaint is a few reminders of the last person living here ie water stain on countertop and lifting floor vinyl.

The only issue I have is the maintenance, when I report issues in my apartment it takes a while to fix or it doesn’t get fixed at all. I have had a running toilet for four days. The pool water needs to be checked.

My experience here has been so far good. My little problem is with the trash not being picked and sometimes it will be at my door for 2 days. In most cases I have to dispose it myself. Again, pets control is a concern also.

I moved in a week ago from another state. Supposedly they gutted the property and made them nicer. We have new carpet and flooring, but the facets are old, outdated and leak. Floors are uneven and you have absolutely no storage for anything in the kitchen. No pantry, very limited cabinet space. Which those are all old . So is the dishwasher, that we have to use a light switch to turn on. No space for anything in the main bathroom. No medicine cabinet and it’s a tiny little sink which is outdated. It’s quiet. No one picks up after their dogs though. Literally everywhere you walk to take your dog is big piles of someone else’s dog poop. The pictures they have on the website are false. I don’t think any of the apartments look like that inside. If they do I would love to see them! Really regretting moving in here! For the price I’m paying had higher hopes. The office people are very very nice!

The community as a whole is really great. I really rather like having people around and being so close to anything I need. I don’t think I’ve come across anyone that hasn’t been kind and the office staff are always very nice and helpful.

I've been here going on four months... and since I've been here my trash never gets picked up from the door even though we pay extra for it each month. Also pest control hasn't been around since I got here and I've had two huge spiders in my home. One of my vents upstairs doesn't work, I've notified the office as well as the maintenance and nothing has been done about it.

The community is nice and quiet. Do not like that some people walk their dogs without a leash. The laundry machines are small. Other than that the neighborhood is nice. Staff and maintenance team are very nice!

There are regular shootings. There is no ventilation in the bathrooms resulting in mold. Roofs leak. You can’t get a hold of anyone in the office, or get a response. But it’s cheap, so we get what we pay for I suppose.

It’s cozy and quiet. So far the neighbors have been very welcoming and friendly. The access to the store is great. Not too far from the highway and also closer to work.

Ashbrook Village hasn't always had the best reputation but I have not had any problems. I'm a single female and always feel safe. I think it is actually extremely quiet, I never see or hear of loud partying or anyone fighting.

Overall everything is good. My dishwasher nor is my garbage disposal working but I've contacted Maintenace to come out and fix it. I don't like how I have to park 6-8 apartments down from my own, we should have assigned parking.

Love the area and community, however after only 4 days of being a resident I come home to flood in my living room and kitchen due to the bath room tub upstairs. I was assured it would all be taken care of as soon as possible which is nice.

The new company and staff us trying to improve the apartments. They really need to concentrate on replacing rotten lumber on decks. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. They seem to care about the people living here.

I’m glad I chose to move here, i stay in a newly renovated apartment with a washer and dryer that’s brand new oven new dishwasher have a balcony carpet and hard wall floors. The only thing I would say is I need storage.
