The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Ascent on the Highline
My experience with these apartments was frustrating right from the start. I scheduled a tour through their text service, but when I arrived, the individual had no idea I was coming and repeatedly claimed not to know where the keys were. It felt like an attempt to deter me from viewing the property. Despite this, I proceeded with the tour. Afterward, I was encouraged to apply that night, which I did. However, it has now been a week and a half, and I've received absolutely no communication. I've left two voicemails, and neither has been returned. This lack of professionalism and communication has been extremely disappointing, forcing me to apply for a different apartment elsewhere. I just want to caution others that this may not be a reliable or good first-choice option make sure to have a backup if you apply to these apartments.

The indoor pool was green and the room was full of mold and mildew, the apartment was in decent shape but they definitely have roaches. And first floor apartments have trouble with mice. And if you live anything above the first floor you best be praying when you go up those stairs, osha would have a heart attack. Just look somewhere else
