Arrive North Scottsdale produces a quality, beautiful, safe, pet-friendly home. Every step of the process is well thought out, and made easy and understandable for the prospective resident. If I didn't love it I wouldn't be here 10 years. What makes this place so good... Lindsey and Jason in the leasing office are professional, friendly, and always available. Plus, we cannot get any better maintenance than James and Jeronimo.

I have really enjoyed my time here at Arrive North Scottsdale. All of the residents that I have met have been very respectful and laid back. The apartment manager Jazz is amazing and hands down on of the best apartment managers I've ever had! Their maintenance staff has responded to requests I've made within the next 24 hours. I really like this community. The staff is always so responsive and kind. The area is also really nice too- this is in walking distance to Harkins and a mini desert hiking/ biking trail. The only issue I have encountered is the parking. Sometimes there is no parking available. They are trying to create solutions though such as put vacant signs on open garages and car port spaces which has helped.

I have been living here a few months now and I really like all the updates they have made. Office and maintenance staff are all really nice and helpful. The maintenance guys always get to my work orders very fast. I really like the new gym and the coffee machine is awesome!

"a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I live here with fiancé and kids and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with trails."

I've been at Verde for 14 months and they've kept their word for me. The staff when I first toured did a great job. One minor repair early on was tended to immediately, the tech's were even nice enough to leave an exiting note. The current staff helped manged 3-4 packages while I was away for work. As long as I leave work on time, Verde office hours always worked for me. The payment app never pulls an amount due, but I pay what's on the mailed statement and it's been working out great. The community is active, plenty of people walking their dogs up and down 68th and the surrounding loop. I've always found the inside of the community to be quiet past 7pm. My unit has carpet which might look dated, but it's extra padding was comfortable and helped keep the rooms quiet. All my appliances and plumbing run without a hitch, my AC has always been able to keep up in the summer. Power bills are ~$105 on the top end. Easy convenient shopping, yeah the freeway is right there. It's worked great for a north sd worker bee like myself.
