Property Ratings at Arvada Green
Do not live here! Maintenance takes up to two weeks to respond to an issue and the emergency maintenance number is worthless! I have documentation. Maintenance came out to fix my garbage disposal by installing a new one. They installed it incorrectly and did not notice additional damages. It broke off from off from the base of my sink leaving a huge mess! I called the emergency number and left several messages. I go NO response. I finally had to call my company I work for Fix-it 24/7 to come and a fix it the issue asap! Arvada Greens refuses to credit me the invoice of $335 even though it was their negligence. My sink was stuffed up and electrical wires exposed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We deeply apologize that you've had a bad experience with our maintenance staff. In the case that you aren't able to reach our maintenance, please call or email our office so that we can have the opportunity to address your concerns. Before any vendor is called, our team needs a chance to repair the issue. And, if outside vendors are needed, they must be vetted, licensed, and approved for liability purposes.
These pictures must have been taken in one apartment only, because the rest of this complex is nasty- dangerous- and all around unpleasant. Drugs, violence, and unsafe living conditions in these apartments. No airflow, lots of mold, lots of bugs.
Terrible complex. Offer nothing. You pay the same competing price as other complexes but get none of the amenities. No in-unit washing so you share with all your neighbors and no one is doing maintenance on them. The complex is so bad they cant even keep people hired to work here. Trash all over always. There is no grass. No services. No cameras. Lots of theft and gunshots. Lots of noise and domestic disputes. A cop is in the parking lot almost every other day.
