The Artizia at Lodi is an amazing place to live. The leasing team and support staff are always willing so helpful. The pool is the true selling point and I’ve enjoyed it for the last few summers I’ve lived here.
I really do love this property — it’s beautiful, well-maintained, and in an amazing location, which is why I chose to stay and transfer units rather than move elsewhere. The only downside has been some difficulties with the leasing and transfer process, which made the experience more stressful than expected. Hopefully, communication and organization improve because this really is a great place to live once everything is settled.

New management is awful!! We have complained about the pool, garbage, none nonstop. Another day, I saw cockroaches by the stairs. Garbage is out 7 days a week.Sadly, new management does not care at all. We pay for valet that is taken right outside where we pass by daily.

Poor management and property is extremely dirty. Nobody cleans garbage l, boxes. Gates are broke and this property is no longer secured.
Great apartment complex, staff friendly and helpful, visit and you will love it.
