I like the Apartment complex, the set ups in the lobby, to the amenities, how clean and up to date things are. Many things to do in the apartment complex that does not require stepping outside. The staff are very helpful and professional. Makes my time here as a resident go smooth and enjoyable.

Artistry on 10th is the most wonderful place I've ever live in! The main advantages I highlight: 1. Safe place, and there is a locked package room. You need to tap your key in elevator to get to your floor 2. Target is near 3. Community events! Like movie nights, craft making and so on 4. Friday breakfasts! They are so different and Friday becomes much happier from the morning. Like! 5. Well equipped gym that available 24/7. So important with sedentary lifestyle 6. Design of lobby and common areas. So cute and cozy! Mix of chalet and eclecticism. And this fireplace on the roof ??

Artistry on 10th is the most wonderful place I've ever lived in! I like that there is a locked package room. Community events are absolutely wonderful! Like movie nights and different craftings. Friday becomes much happier from the morning thanks to friday breakfasts. Like! Also Gym is well equipped. And cool that it is available 24/7. So important with sedentary lifestyle. We are very happy living here. The staff/ Managers are FABULOUS & FUN. Maintenance is always on task. The cleaning crew does a remarkable job of keeping this place looking nice. The only ongoing issue is the lack of SECURITY. Would like to see more SECURITY, especially the use of the Party Room by non-residents. It's such a beautiful place to live and it's a shame to not feel safe at times.

Artistry is a great place to live. Staff and maintenance are always friendly and helpful. Prices can be a bit steep and the airbnb rental guests can be annoying at times but overall this is a good place to live

We all get packages. I was expecting a very important package. I received the “Luxor” notification about the delivery but my package wasn’t in the delivery area. When I mentioned this to Abby in the office, she researched everything and determined that the carrier accidentally selected my name for someone else’s package. Abby sent me a prompt follow-up e-mail. My package really arrived a few days later! I’m so grateful for the help Abby offered.

The building is gorgeous, with a fantastic staff and great resident events including a weekly resident breakfast, movies, and classes. Maintenance team is prompt and takes care of any issues that arise.

We love our apartment. It is sunny enough. Much air and space. We have in-unit laundry and that's wonderful. Also there is great new gym. And friday grab-and-go breakfasts are another great pleasure! We are absolutely happy to live here!

So far, I've had a really good experience with Artistry on 10th. Taylor and the rest of the staff have been great to work with and everyone is friendly and accommodating. My only reason for 4/5 stars is that the agreement process took longer than expected and felt slow on the properties side. It took almost two weeks to get a countersigned lease. Great building, clean, uniquely decorate and in a good location downtown. Gym has been clean not busy.

Love living here! My only complaint is that residents don’t respect the policy (no smoking). I know management is enforcing the policy and do everything they can, which I am very grateful for.

Everyone is really kind inside the building. I love there are weekly events at the rooftop, all areas are really clean and definitely a good spot in downtown.

Love it here! Move in was super easy, the staff are super nice, the apartment itself is very well kept and is in a great location. Everything is extremely clean and well kept - really feels like a luxury experience.

My experience has been great so far! They had a slight mix up when I moved in but quickly worked together to fix it. Everyone here is very friendly!

Beautiful building and location with amazing staff. The maintenance team is top-notch and always addresses issues promptly. While I cherished my time there, the inconvenience of parking across the street became more apparent over time. It posed challenges, especially when carrying heavy items or during inclement weather.

Overall a good building with nice amenities and central location. There are more resident events now as well. I only wish the building would add a coffee machine for residents.

I have had an enjoyable time living here, very close to all amenities including groceries and shopping center. It is extremely convenient for me to reach work and one step away from the skyway system connected to the Hilton hotel across.

Overall, great place to live. Fantastic location, great maintenance, and very engaging management. There are only 3 things that I think could be better. First is the parking situation. Unfortunately, there is no space to park here, so you do have to park across the street at one of the garages. Not a big deal though. The second is that someone on our floor smokes habitually and it does make the rest of the floor smell. Management has been proactive on trying to fix this though. The last is that we are charged a high trash bill (~$60 a month), I think due to large industrial items being disposed of and the cost passed evenly to everyone. Overall, this is a great place to live and I highly recommend it.

Love living here but the hallway on our floor consistently smells of cigarette smoke/weed. The management does a great job with trying to strengthen the community with events, the common areas are clean, and the area is great. Just wish they would actually do something about the smell instead of sending a weekly “no smoking” email.

Super quick and hassle free move in. Beautiful rooftop views and amenities. Mailbox key did not work and KJ was quick to resolve. Other residents have been kind and respectful.

Our family love living here. The building is like new and the staff is very attentive. We enjoy spending time in the pool and invite friends and family over during the summer time.

I haven't explored too much of the amenity's that the building has but it is a very nice building the staff are also very helpful and nice. I personally love the movie theater and look forward to using it, and other movie nights that will be hosted in the future.

There is a big improvement in resident events and the staff has also improved and is very helpful. Overall we have seen improvements since we moved in.

Nice apartment. Good area. Maintenance responds quickly and is very helpful. Parking is not included. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise I like it.

My experience indoors is great. I love that there is always someone in the leasing office during office hours in case I have any questions. Staff response time to emails is also timely and that is great. I will say that I am a little disappointed in the dog relief area. As space for dogs is already limited around the area I think its important to upkeep the small safe area we do have.

We have been residents of Artistry on 10th for two years and six months. So much has changed since we moved in. Since the new management last year, the place is super clean and the Jazz music is fantastic. The new package room system makes it so much easier. They are getting better organizing the best they can, with so many packages daily. The staff is so helpful. Dan the Maintenace man, will go out of his way to accommodate our requests/questions. We plan on staying for awhile.
