Now you probably won’t catch many people turning in early in Downtown Huntsville. It’s one of the city’s most active neighborhoods – everyone’s out having a great time. From its vintage accessory stores to gourmet restaurants and breweries, this community has it all. What could be better? Maybe that you’re in walking distance of everything.
Even though it’s right near Interstate 565, locals prefer the city shuttle for their daily commutes around Huntsville. With rampant revitalization happening in the area, it may look as though the Alabama Constitution Museum is stuck in the 1800s – well, that’s because it is…sort of. It’s a living history museum and the site that launched Alabama into the Union in 1819.
Outside of their Downtown Huntsville apartments, locals enjoy spending their mornings walking at Bay Springs International Park. After a stroll along the trail, grab a quick lunch at Pane E Vino pizzeria near the Huntsville Museum of Art.

Property Ratings at Artisan Twickenham Square
The staff at The Artisan lack the courtesy, concern and professionalism that is to be expected when managing the dwelling spaces of their tenants. The maintenance crew are in every standard under-qualified for this position and are as equally, if not even more-so, as unprofessional as the service staff. The list is long with this place, and the disappointment that comes with having to leave this review is great. It's a picturesque little street, with great amenities within walking distance. There are also many other newly built complexes within the same walking distance that have GOT to service their residence and honor what they advertise exceedingly better than the Artisian. Do yourself a huge favor and look in to those. There is no "luxury" to be found here, and your hard earned money should be spent at a place that can at the minimum turn off the incessant fire alert that beep in the hallway for WEEKS at a time (thank you underqualified maintenance team), repair the front door call box (again, thank you under qualified maintenance team) or maybe even go so far as to clean their hallways so they don't smell like dirty diapers and garbage when you get home. Seriously, go around the corner and give them your hard earned money. Your better than this place.

Do not live here. Management plays favorites and is never fully staffed. The hallways always smell like garbage because of the "luxury living trash valet". The door codes never properly function, the garage gates are always broken and the elevators constantly go down. place is a joke.

The management here is the rudest group i have ever had to deal with. First, they made me wait an hour to pick up my keys on my move in day when I had a appointment to pick them up but they decided that a walk in tour was more important. It wouldn't of been that big of deal if it hadn't been during my lunch break and made me late going back to work. Next, they made a mistake on my lease, called me to sign a new lease and instituted that it was my fault the mistake was made. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience; nothing just blamed me as if I wrote the lease.

Really like living here. We have lived here since March of 2017 and just renewed our lease for another 14 months. We are very close to parks, Publix and some restaurants. Also close to medical help if needed. The staff are helpful too! Needed to mention the staff. They have been very good during this pandemic.

These are great apartments located near the hospital, Publix and Big Spring Park. Location played a major role in our decision to move here. The pool area is also very nice for lounging around on a hot day.

Location can't be beat. Convenient walking access to everything: restaurants, bars, Big Spring Park, downtown, Von Braun Center, hospital, very quick bike, bus, or drive to anywhere in town, and a Publix right across the street. Very nice apartments in excellent condition, friendly neighbors and staff, excellent amenities.

Love my first year living at Artisan! The staff is wonderful and the location is perfect!
The management was insane. They raised rent every year I was there and finally left after a 25% increase in one year. However, the increase did not happen to everyone and some people faced no increase at all because they were favorites. I was charged and threatened for "damages" and received several intimidating emails from staff. I truly wish I had never lived there.

I continue to feel grateful to have a home at the Artisan. All of the staff makes me feel valued. The many activities encourage us to be a family. I love all the age groups who live here. The gym continues to offer me a place to work with a trainer two days a week. The convenience of a grocery store and pharmacy a short walk away is wonderful. There are many restaurants to choose from in our neighborhood. All in all I cannot imagine a better place to call home.
Overall it's a fantastic apartment with a prefect location. The community is friendly and the staff is extremely helpful. Definitely worth the money.
