Just passed 6 lovely years living here! The manager, Rita is so welcoming, kind and concerned about this apartment community! The apartments have ample space, large storage and closets and the grounds are kept up nicely! Even the porters, like Victor and Jesus do an amazing job keeping up with keeping areas cleaned up! We will be here as long as possible!!
I have been here 4 years this month. I love this community, the staff, both in the office and the guys who keep us running. I've had good neighbors, and when my mom visits me she always says the same thing; "I love your place, it always strikes me how beautiful it is driving into your complex" That's how I feel every day.

I've been pretty disappointed with my experience here. The bathroom fans are constantly running, creating an annoying background noise that you can't turn off. Walking around upstairs is a nightmare—the floors creak loudly with every step, which makes it hard to relax or get a good night's sleep. One of the main reasons I chose this place was for the amenities, but the gym has been closed for the past seven months and just recently reopened. That’s a long time to go without access to something you’re paying for. Speaking of paying, you're also charged for water on top of everything else. Overall, for the price, it's just not worth it. There are too many ongoing issues with little return in comfort or value.

I sent a work order at 9:00 pm on Saturday via resident portal, the next day Sunday at 1:00 PM maintenance guy came to fix our shower faucet. To think it is not an emergency concern they still came to fix it. I am impressed on their quick response and work was done well... Thank you..

The units are spacious, community isn't too large, it still feels quaint. The grounds are kept up, the new colors are going to be amazing and give our place renewed curb appeal. Everyone is nice, my neighbors have been considerate, maintenance is responsive and thorough.

I have been here for 15 years, seen a lot of changes. Some good some ridiculous. With that said, I’m going to give this new company a chance. Out with the old in with the new. I think someone that lives in this complex should have a voice and work together with issues that can make this community a lot better place to live. This property Management and Maintenance departments really goes the extra mile to keeps the residents happy living here. Living at the Barcelona has been an absolute wonderful joy of my life. The property is nestled in a hillside with picturesque views all around. Only 8 miles from the ocean, one mile from amazing hiking trails and you can live in a massive sized apartment with all the amenities of Resort Living! Pools, Tennis, indoor Basketball and dog friendly! Management and Maintenance are receptive, communicative and very quick to resolve any issues with the property or units. I feel safe and grateful to be living at the Barcelona. Movie nights, events, Food Trucks! I am indeed living the Laguna Beach Lifestyle Dream here at the Barcelona!

I have never lived in a large apartment complex before... avoided it for the past 10 years. Tired of having to move because my landlord sold their duplex, condo, house, i was renting, so I took a chance here. I have not been disappointed and I will be here 3 years in August. I have not had an issue, I love the no nonsense online portal to pay rent, or schedule a maintenance. Whenever I've been to the office, Erin has been so professional and helpful. I have enjoyed the food truck and the shaved ice truck. Took me back to being a kid in Hawaii. I love my unit location, I have had pleasant interactions with my neighbors. I do not have any complaints.

Barcelona apartments are amazing! The atmosphere, amenities and the surrounding community and schools. We are close to everything and the beach is literally at your doorstep. I sleep very well lol.

Used to be amazing, but that was ages ago. Clean, quiet, no pets, pizza nights, classes, a solid gym. Now it's a mess, getting more expensive with no justification for it. At least it's a "smoke free" community.

The Barcelona Resorts Apartments are far from luxurious. If you have another option, pick that option. The Barcelona staff is rude and incompetent beyond measure

I have lived at Barcelona for 15 years. I love my apartment, but am not happy with the changes being made. The amenities have lessened while the cost of living here has sky rocketed. This in no way is a reflection of the office staff. They have always been wonderful
I've lived here since 2017 and have enjoyed being in this community very much. Maintenance needs are always resolved quickly and efficiently. It's a great place to live.
My husband and I absolutely love the apartment that we live in! It has a great floor plan for a 2 bedroom walkout with no steps to climb. The closet space is plentiful and the nicest and largest balconies than any other place . One of the best features is the views from our windows. And, of course , we are so happy with the community team members, Erin and Brennan and our maintenance man, Ausencio, who is so professional, neat and tidy and has always been able to complete any job quickly and accurately! We are grateful for Elliott , as well. He keeps the maintenance team working smoothly.
Smells like urine everywhere. Skunks are really bad all year around. They eat out of the dumpsters and come in packs. My apartment had roaches from the first day I moved in and no matter how many times they come to spray, they never went away. I ignored the reviews when I moved in, do not make the same mistake.

Disgusting Dog areas . Artificial grass , smells like Urine , can be full of Disease ?? for dogs . Very limited places for dogs to do ‘business, Used to be very dog ?? Friendly with ton of grass areas . My dog now pees and pools on the sidewalk as there is no where to go.

Barcelona staff in the office admin and maintenance are the highest level of professionalism. It is nice if something needs fixing they are right on it!

Great place to live. Quiet and friendly neighbors, great staff working in the office and maintenance is always so quick to help when we have any requests. Amenities are a great plus! Lived in a lot of apartment complexes and these ones are some of the best. Also, we have enough space for our little family to grow and enjoy.
