Arroyo Vista

Really thin walls, so you can hear your neighbors horrible music all day and night making it difficult to sleep. Quiet hours are never enforced. Been harrased by neighbors and Management does nothing about the harrassment. Car has been broken in several times. I have had more power outages here than anywhere else I've lived. Overall the apartments look nice but that's about the only good thing. I would never rent here again.

I was thinking of renting but dont like the environment there. This place was a nice place at one time I had been there visiting friends there a couple yrs ago, recently this place is turning into a DUMP there are some kids there that the parent obviously dont care what they do. The place is trashy and these kids are rude and disrespectful I seen them bully other kids and curse out adults. I guess management dont care about what's going on or who ever owns this complex this business seems like they only care about the MONEY not the people that live there. The day I went there those kids I'm guessing have the run of the place so sad to see a nice place go to crap cause of bad management and bad parenting.

I like living here! Staff is helpful. I like that this place is new!

We absolutely love it here. The apartments are beautiful and so spacious, (the washer and dryer are a plus). Management does EVERYTHING possible to make this a great and safe community for families. Maintenance completes work orders VERY timely. We are happy to call Arroyo Vista "Home".

These apartments have been great! I love how everything is new! right when i walked in to my apartment it had that new smell i like that! Yeah it doesn't have all the luxury of a high in community but its still nice. All my neighbors are friendly and the people in the office are helpful. I feel like some of these poor reviews are from people that don't like the rules or don't like being addressed when there are issues and the way things are ran. I prefer to have rules and they staff seem to run the place well! It makes for a better community. Which this is!

I have lived at arroyo vista going on two months now and i love it! Kevin and his staff moved me in real quick as i was needing something before the holidays. thanks for all you guys have done for me.

My girlfriend moved in has been harassed by the staff for normal living a normal day to day life , she was asked to take off her shoes and buy a rug to accommodate the renters below her . After reading some of the other complaints about the property and reading some of the responses justifying the poor property maintenance after posting an after hours maintenance number with no maintenance personal , seems that are more worried about kicking people out than keeping residents . Just a poor excuse for apartment complex and management staff. If you do a therol walk of the ground you can clearly see the sloppy build of the units , I do t see the point in opening them for rental if they went complete or fully staffed and ready to accommodate their renters . Honestly looks to me as if they ran out of money to complete the whole complex and decided to get renters in sooner to bring in some money to complete the complex . Please shop around . N to the Manager that claim to be be by the books , it’s a work environment not a daycare for your kids I’ve seen his children I. The office for numerous hours but he is quick to post a warning on your door if you have visitors. If your going to be by the books make sure it’s a heard percent and not when You pic and choose . . P.S. expected to get numorous noise complaints due to the paper thin walls.

This is not a good place to move to. Maintenance is run by the office manager. He doesnt even have tools to fix anything because he was asking me for tools. They kept my deposit for normal wear and tear. Charged me cleaning fee also. Apartment was dirty when I moved in. Bath tub especially. Dirt and dust. My car got towed without a warning sticker. Do not move here. Not recommended.

Nice apartment! tucked away! I only pay electric! Office staff is nice! Everything was nice and ready to move into! W/D included in apartment huge plus! I occasionally hear my upstairs nieghbors but nothing to crazy. I highly recommend if you want something brand new and affordable!

Staff very friendly but not on top of maitnence. When i moved in the end of August the handlein the main bedroom was broken of so the window does not open at all to this day the middle of October. The walls are very thin. I can hear my next door neighbor snoring from my bedroom.
