It was nice living here because the apartment was spacious and the space in the back was also spacious but they charged way too many fees to pay everything.

I'm very happy here! Maintenance is wonderful and Adrian always goes above and beyond what is required. The community is quiet and peaceful. They are beautiful fairly new apartments. Office staff have been courteous and Ginger helped me out when it was needed.

It was really good! I was relocating from California to Texas and I was needing an apartment to live in when I arrived, and I was working with Renee and I had a very good experience. She answered all of my questions. She returned my calls and she has a very nice bubbly personality.
Renee is very friendly and helpful! The leasing process was smooth and quick. The property is clean. The apartments have plenty of storage. Give them a tour and see for yourself.
I like that the apartments are one story and there is always plenty of parking. Also, the maintenance staff is awesome. The nearby pond is beautiful.

There’s so many fees for no reason when you pay rent. Also a lot of noise late at night. I love the amenities and the space in the rooms are kind of small but it’s an okay apartment.

The area is a nice neighborhood, quite and near to some commercial areas. The leasing of apartment also was easy and quick fortunately Arroyo Seco has available rooms.

Best place ever! Single floor and great responsive office staff. Calah and Ginger are awesome !
Office staff is never in and when you do see them they are extremely rude. There is no gate so wild animals, such as hogs, will be in front of your apartment in the middle of the night. People drive in this complex to dump their trash since there is no gate. There is also no way to leave the apartment and go left. You have to go down a oneway or wait in traffic to turn around. Sketchy construction workers are always walking around and staring. They have been doing construction on this complex for so long, it’s ridiculous. There is no landscaping and everyone has dead shrubs in their front lawn. This could have been such a nice place if they had the right property manager.

We regret that your experience at Arroyo Seco Villas was less than positive. We are a newly constructed apartment community in an up and coming new development. The area is very beautiful and provides a more naturistic backdrop, creating a more rural feeling. Due to the woodsy nature of the area, we have experienced a few extra visitors at our property. We can certainly assure you that our staff is always ready and available to assist in any matter and our office is staffed with a highly qualified manager, leasing consultant and maintenance supervisor. As we are a new property and our onsite traffic level is high, we are often out on the property touring our future residents. As always, we will post our signage alerting our tenants and prospects that we are currently on property and will return soon. Again, we are a newly constructed property of 200 units so we have had our qualified construction team putting on the finishing touches of our new property. We would welcome the opportunity to have you stop by and tour our community again as we continue to grow and add more happy residents to our unique community.
I recently moved my mother into these apartments and she absolutely loves them!!! She loves the fact that they are single story, she has a backyard, and she can drive right up to her front door. I would refer these apartments anytime!
