My move-in experience was okay. I didn’t receive a welcome packet with building information until I specifically asked for it, and I wasn’t informed that I needed to purchase a filter for the refrigerator. I was told to submit a work order. On the positive side, the maintenance team was amazing—they took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the water system and how my lock works. They were incredibly helpful and professional. I do wish the front desk staff had been a bit more welcoming and provided clearer guidance during move-in. That said, my initial communication with the team over email was excellent, and they were very helpful leading up to my arrival.

My experience at Arrive University City has been largely positive so far, and I'm very glad to be living here. The amenities are truly excellent and have made a significant difference in my daily life. The fitness center is top-notch and always clean, and the study lounges provide a quiet and productive space to focus. I'm especially impressed with the common areas—they're well-designed and perfect for relaxing or socializing. ?The staff has also been great; they are always helpful and friendly. However, there is one issue that I've noticed, which is that one of my windows doesn't seem to close all the way. This is a bit of a concern, but it is the only real problem I've encountered so far. Other than this, everything has been great, and I am very happy with my decision. The convenience and quality of the building definitely make it a wonderful place to live.
I just moved in and I love living here so far. The amenities are in tip top shape and the building itself feels very safe. My apartment itself is great.
Nice amenities but the ugly grey concrete ceiling is a no-go. For how much we pay to rent, wifi in each apartment surely isn't too much to ask for. The lift I was in on move-in day had a huge roach or bug crawling in it just right beside me...

The apartment was given to me dirty. Maintenance is super nice. Noise from outside (especially if facing the pool) and the hallway is loud, but you can't hear neighbors.

Amenities are good. Location is good. AC makes some noise. Elevator sometimes broken. Hot water sometimes unstable especially on higher floor. Maintainence team responses fast. Leasing office keep updating the elevator issue. More interesting events compare to early last year.

Very good. I like arrive university city. The number of square feet of Room Callowhill happened to be my birthday 427, so I immediately decided to live here. It is near to UPenn, and I love my life here.

Great moving in, package pick up, and amenity usage! Fire alarm goes off regularly at random times and is extremely loud though. No way of turning it off manually so you just wait for staff to turn it off while being disturbed. Only downside of living here.

I love living here, it feels very safe. In the elevators you have to scan your fob to get to your floor which feels very secure, as well as scanning your fob to get in to the building.

My move in experience was pretty smooth and the building offers great amenities including the resident lounge, gym, and pool area. Any maintenance requests I needed done for my apartment were completed in a timely fashion.

The staff at the front desk and the leasing office are super helpful and so sweet. You can ask them any question and they are willing to help you with anything or point you in the right direction! The apartment itself is beautiful and you cannot beat the views. If you have any maintenance issues, they will be there the same day to fix whatever you need.

Great place has great maitnence. They come very quickly within a day or two. If you’re on the street side of the building it’s a little loud on the weekends.

not good elevators and a lot of fire alarms. elevators have been out of service for weeks, had to take 15 flights of stairs today to get back.

Just moved in yesterday and the process was quick and smooth with the help of staff member Fatima. While I was initially sorting things out at the front desk, the other building staff were able to facilitate the move-in process for my hired movers via the service elevators.

Arrive apartment has a very nice room and well service. It is comfortable to live here! I enjoy the life of Arrive! The package are also picked up quickly! The safty is also very well!

The apartment is great overall. The management team has been changed though, not as attentive as the previous team. Also, the yearly rent increase is a bit too much (>7%).

Great apt building, usually timely maintenance. Only issue is front desk staff is constantly turned over, making receiving packages sometimes a bit of a nuisance.
