Property Ratings at Arrive Stamford
Arrive is a very quiet community just off the Stamford downtown. It is mostly clean and the cleaning staff is available most of the time. Property Management team was a bit over promising because I was told that the carpet would be replaced before I moved in but it was not changed.
Moving in was a pretty easy process. Maintenance comes within a day and is super friendly. The gym is quiet and has all the necessary equipment. The building is quiet and in a great spot.

I am very disappointed that an apartment that is being renovated has had a filthy stove in the hallway for 3 weeks and had a washer and dryer unit in the hallway for 2 weeks. The stove is disgustingly filthy and is difficult for anyone living on the first floor to miss since it is right outside of the elevator. No excuse for this. Any apartment being renovated should not be using the hallways for storage. It makes the building look like a dump along with the filthy hallway rugs.

My move in at Arrive Stamford was seamless and not stressful. The staff was extremely helpful in showing me how to navigate my way throughout the building! They took the time to answer my questions even though they were extremely busy. Love my apartment with all of the amenities. The building is so clean and has a wonderful scent to it. The lobby is spotless. The entire building gives off a very welcoming atmosphere. Calming actually! Definitely the right choice for me!

overall experience has been good, very friendly staff and residents, some maintenance concerns are garage doors not closing properly and smell of marijuana, the freight elevator in the B building gets stuck on the 3rd floor periodically

Staff is so clean and caring. Anything that needs to be fixed in the apartment, they get on it. My tubs were chipping paint and they immediately contacted a company to get it repainted and looking brand new

I just moved in and love it so far. I really like my building and the ammenities. There’s a pool, community room, gym - it feels like a hotel. One issue is the mail room. It’s a mess. People can’t find their packages and it’s not secure or organized.

Not bad for the money. You can't barbecue in the pool area anymore which is a bummer. It's so dated compared to all the new buildings. they might consider putting better signs in the building pointing to the elevator. Particularly in the B building. The food guys always get lost

it’s nice , easy , and for the most part nonchalant at least in my building . I Have had no problems regarding living comfortably here. The perks : pool, gym make it a lifestyle

The move in experience was overall good! There were a few issues with my new apartment- cabinets were still needing a touch up and paint buckets left in during move in but the staff was quick to ensure that was finished and I love my new apartment.

Love the convenience of the pool, gym & club lounge! Arrive is in a great location. People are friendly. Maintenance requests get done in a timely fashion.

Maintenance services are excellent and timely! Management office can be slow to get back to requests. The building can look dated in certain regards, and money and efforts should be put back into this

Great place to live people here are great. Staff is great accommodations are also great. I have lived here over 7 years. It’s nice the lounge is available and this time of the year the pool is great

Living at Arrive is a good experience for 7 years and counting, good place , safe and secured to raise a small family . Amenities like the club room , the pool , the BBQ area and the GYM are fun enough to be contained in the building. Cool management staff . Awesome maintenance team .

Move in was easy and fast. The staff was helpful in guiding our moving company and the elevators made the process smooth. It’s helpful that there is street parking and a parking lot in the back of the building.

Just been here for few of days so far, the community looks and feels very good. I like that is close to everything. Restaurant scene, CVS, coffee shops etc. basically everything you need is within a mile and walking distance. The assistant property manager Michael is amazing, he is so good at his job and he is so welcoming, professional and friendly but most of all so helpful.
