Great Experience at Arrive Apartments! I’ve really enjoyed living at Arrive Apartments in St. Louis Park. My husband and I moved in little over an year ago. The location is incredibly convenient close to shops, highways, and everything we need. My apartment is modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the maintenance team always responds quickly to requests. A huge shoutout to the front office staff, Katie and Mercedes, who’ve been friendly and helpful since we moved in. They’ve answered all our questions and made the leasing process smooth. The amenities are a nice bonus, especially the gym and common areas, and I appreciate the secure parking and quiet, respectful neighbors. Overall, it’s a great place to live. Highly recommend!

Maintenance is very fast when issues arise and the facilities are great. Great place to live, especially as a young family. Not great ventilation, however, so smells can permeate the hallways.

Living in Arrive apartment has been great. Great location and price for the quality that is being offered. Quiet area with park next door. Trying to get reply back from office has been a struggle lately compared to past. Not sure if residential portal messaging is the best place to get in contact. Since I work past 5 most days getting in touch with them in person is difficult so email/messaging are the only ways. But other than that everything is great and highly recommend to others.

Great neighborhood in a great area. Overall good experience. Older building but price was fair for when I lived there. Any maintenance issues were fixed pretty quickly. My only frustration with property management was that they didn’t honor my $500 referral bonus for referring 2 friends who signed a lease.

Staff is very helpful, maintenance is quick. One of my only complaints would be that the steam room is listed as an amenity by Arrive and it has been broken for the 7 months I’ve been living here, appearing to be used as a storage space for the apartment. I think it’s only right that it’s either removed from the amenity list or fixed.

I am so thankful for the installation of a grab bar in my shower. I made the requests over the weekend when to office was closed. Monday morning our maintenance staff came in the assess the locations. Tuesday morning they were here ready to install the one I needed where stud locations were workable. I’m very pleased and my hat’s off to the team here for being so very attentive.

I have been at Arrive for 4 months now and I am very happy with my decision to live here. Staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance is quick to respond, and there are fun events planned every so often.

It is a great apartment complex with fantastic landlords and maintenance crew. Spacious layouts and a feeling of safety within. Sometimes, the free parking within can fill up, but having an under-the-building garage spot helps to solve that.

Great community with friendly neighbors and stuff members. Seems like there are decent amount of fun events for community throughout the year. I have not been able to join due to the time of event of weekdays but seems very entertaining.

So far so good! The office staff do a great job helping us move in. The units are nice and the location is awesome! The only thing that I don’t love is the garage, not the cleanest place I have ever been in my whole life.

Good overall. Very helpful staff. Maintenance does a great job responding quickly and efficiently. Sometimes the parking lot can have limited spots due to dumpsters/heavy machinery or snowdrifts. Apartment did a nice job addressing concerns about smoking after MN passed the weed law.

So far, we have really enjoyed Arrive. It’s overall very quiet and the neighbors have been friendly. The amenities match what we expected and management has been extremely helpful so far. We really appreciate the in-unit washer and dryer as well, which was harder to come by in our search. The location is great and suits our needs well.
