It is sometimes very difficult to use community resources. The only way to gel with the other residents is via the community programs. There should be some WhatsApp or iMessage kind of groups that help us connect better for maybe inviting to parties or seeking help etc. Otherwise, the apartment is great. Absolutely love the events and can't wait for the pool to be open.

Staff is nice and helpful, maintenance fix issues well and fast, the neighborhood is nice and safe, and the amenities are enjoyable, such as: gym, rooftop lounge area with grill, in unit laundry, same floor trash chute, and more.

Overall, I enjoy this community so far! Nice neighbors and a great location. As a dog owner, there is not a lot of grass around, but that is a part of city living. There is a nice sized dog park down the street.

Good so far. Nice location. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. Staff is nice. Neighbors are friendly. I wish we had a few more amenities but they make up for it with 2-3 monthly events with free activities/food/drinks

I love my place. Has everything I need and want I don’t never want to move. Nice location Great amenities, which is a plus pool workout center Washing dryer heated garage I can’t complain about anything. Everything is great.

Inconsistent communication with staff-members. Multiple unanswered questions/requests and difficulty reaching staff when needed. When I moved in in November 2022, I was leased a unit that had severe, recurring plumbing problems (thick, noxious, black sludge coming up through my kitchen sink and water leaking down my hallway) without being informed that this unit had any issues. Thankfully, those problems were resolved in the following months; however, I felt blindsided and it has tainted my view and trust with Arrive. Overall, my experience here has been pretty mediocre. I love the maintenance crew - they are incredibly kind, quick, and skilled. However, I'd really appreciate being able to get a hold of staff and get more definite answers, e.g. to key fobs, move-out details, etc.

We moved out after 3.5 years. I’m summary, it started great and got worse as management changed & as Arrive cut the amount of staff in the building. - When the first manager I had left (Carrie) Arrive consolidated the Arrive Lex and Arrive South Loop offices. This means the office is closed on Monday & it’s been nearly impossible to get anyone to ever answer calls/emails. - The front door on the 1919 side is constantly broken - meaning it doesn’t close or lock! - If you have to sublease your apartment you will literally have to beg for help to get people added. It is honestly borderline violating the lease because it made us miss at least one person being able to sublease from us, due to their lack of responsiveness. We would have to call the office every couple days to get any information from them, we will get sent to voicemail. I’m not joking when I say that they called us back 1 time out of the 12 times that they told us they would get back to us by end of the day.

I applied and toured here last year (03/2023) and the apartment was pretty good, besides management seeming a bit disorganized. However, when I applied I was sent in circles being told that I “hadn’t completed the application” when I had multiple emails with completion confirmation. If you call for assistance your routed to an offsite call center who cannot help you. I was charged $400 for an “administrative fee” and upon contacting them multiple times to get my money back (which I was told I would) they completely ghosted me.

I wish we had updated appliances and cabinets as the brown is a little outdated. Our furnace went out during the coldest time of the year and had to wait two days to get our heat back working. Also, upstairs rooftop the TVs never work, and people never clean the grills. In the terrace on the second floor, the lights don’t work at night anymore. They were working it all summer and we never got a chance to enjoy that amenity. But overall, I like that my packages are secure, my parking space is always available, and the staff is nice. Overall the experience is good. A little expensive which is why we are undecided if we will renew our lease.

The initial tour was great with the property manager, and after that lots of organization that had a great follow up or explanation during the application process. Difficulties finding someone to unlock the elevator, maintenance can definitely be improved with communication.

Staff are very kind. Apartment building is kept very nice and clean on days when staff are here. It feels safe and secure with locked entries and key fobs required at entrances and elevators. The dog park makes it safe to take our pup out at night time. They provide dog poop bags too which is nice. Overall we love living here!

Complaint’s are dismissed, supposed to be a no smoke community but there is always a marijuana smell throughout the property, cigarette and cigar butts and marijuana paraphernalia in courtyard. There are unruly dogs that bark day and night. Dog urine sometimes in hall and elevator. Packages are often stolen.

I really wish the upkeep of the building was better. The hallways smell horrible and there’s the horrible smell of urine by the lobby door. People are leaving garbage in the stairwells. It’s disgusting.
