Our move in to Arrive Minnetonka was flawless. We were welcomed warmly by Erin in the leasing office. It is a wonderful, quiet community, yet convenient to the 394/494 corridors. We are also surrounded by so much green space and walking trails, and very close to the Luce Line bike trail as well.

Everything about living here is fantastic. Having the pool, gym, activities for residents (my fav was wine Wednesday), and people who are kind and actually enjoy their job.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Maintenance is quick and efficient! The amenities are amazing! I have never gotten any mail stolen, which was a big issue at my last apartment. The in unit washer and dryer are game changing!

Rate has continued to increase, but after 5 years I still have uncleared ducts and a problem with excessive dust. My washer, dryer and refrigerator are very old.

it all went soo well that there is no complaints at all. Property is spacious and well presented. Corridors are wide and tall, so pleasing to walk. Friendly staff at disposal. cannot ask for more.

The staff and community has been very friendly and welcoming! A star taken away due to upon move on I found a few things that were not deep cleaned by the cleaning team such as the laundry machine, bath tub, and kitchen. Not a big deal since you can go in and throughly clean it. Overall, Arrive has been a pleasant experience!

Overall, I love this peaceful place; it's a place for the soul. The neighbors here are nice and calm, the staff is friendly and helpful, the area is well-kept, and garbage is taken out almost every day. 1. Sliding doors to storage rooms. They constantly work poorly, jam, and are difficult to open. 2. Blinds in the living room. Those plastic blinds are falling off like a goose's feathers. We deal with them all the time. 3. In our building, the furniture was replaced with iron chairs and lobby tables. I think it's terrible because you can't sit on these chairs If you don't want to catch a cold in your internal organs. The staff works well. I especially like our manager Erin. All questions are resolved quickly and with a smile. I also like the main house maintenance worker. He always arrives quickly to calls and reads or changes what is needed. I like the family of cleaners in our building, I see them almost daily.

Recently moved in. Slightly run down but has everything you need. Large and newly renovated gym. Definitely an affordable apartment for the location.

After touring 9 apartment communities in Chanhassen, Eden Prairie, St. Louis Park and Minnetonka, I chose Arrive Minnetonka. At Arrive Minnetonka, I found a 32 acre park-like community with ponds and water ways wrapped around a European village of custom apartment homes. I enjoy a view of the ponds, geese, ducks and pool from my living room and bedroom. My generous entry way and floor plan leads to French doors, a den, bedroom, several large closets, a dining area, 4 stool bar and open kitchen. It feel more similar to a condo than an apartment. The path from my apartment-home takes me past several community decks, propane grills as well as the new gym and community room. If you are on a budget, but can’t pass up your $6.00 latte you have come to the right community. Save $180 a month and enjoy complementary lattes at Arrive Minnesota. The leasing and maintenance teams are outstanding champions of service excellence at Arrive Minnetonka. Look at the rest and choose the best!!

This place is at least a 4Star. The units, common spaces and grounds are very well maintained. The office staff is very helpful & friendly. I love the trails nearby and the overall setting. Glad I found this place!

I am going on my fourth year living at The Gates. From my experience, it has been fabulous. I love my apartment and location. The office and maintenance team are extremely friendly, professional, and quick to respond to requests or needs. The grounds are beautiful with lakes, fountains, landscaping, and close to walking paths. It is very well maintained all year long. There have been big ticket repairs to the grounds that has taken a while to complete but I believe it is beyond the management's control yet they have been great communicating the status and updates. A review of The Gates cannot be complete without mentioning the incredible pool and patio area. It is always clean, and inviting. The patio furniture and barbecues are very high end and plentiful to meet the needs of the residents. All in all, I rate The Gates at Carlson Center as a wonderful place to live.

Overall I love the property, maintenance is excellent as are everyone on-site. My only feedback for improvement would be package delivery to each building and a playground on-site.

The gates team is phenomenal, whether you have a maintenance issue or a missing package all the staff are prompt and extremely helpful and considerate. I’ve lived here almost 2 years and have never had an issue with the managers or maintenance team. They’re all very friendly, and truly care about their tenants. I love living here and would recommend (and have recommended) friends and family to live here as well!

So far, I have really enjoyed living at the Gates at Carlson Center! From the maintenance staff to the building residents, everyone is very friendly and it feels like a safe community to live in. Coming from a small town in the country, I was a bit nervous about living near the cities, but the experience has been great so far!

Management is a joke. Got approval email and phone confirmation. An hour before lease signing the manager said that we were not actually approved. Rent elsewhere and the main lobby area smells like trash.

Living at The Gates has been a great experience. The apartment room has been kept up and taken care of by staff and previous tenants. Its also very important at this point that the neighborhood I live in is safe and community oriented, and I have found just that here at The Gates.

have been a resident here for almost a year. Cannot believe how unresponsive management is. I have seen them comment on a lot of these reviews posts “please email us to ensure your concern gets resolved.” Yet every time I call or email, I hear nothing back. What does it take to get a response around here? It is kind of scary also being here at night. The parking garage doors don't really lock that well so sometimes, anyone can get in. Do not be surprised if your car gets broken into, whether you park outside or inside. I have emailed management pushing for extra security measures, but I am brushed aside. They made me feel like I was a problem for voicing a concern. This is frustrating and I would like to see The Gates do better to meet residents' need.

I love my apartment, but have grown significantly frustrated with management this year. Unfortunately, resident safety is not prioritized at this community. Packages are frequently stolen, cars are broken into in the garages that are supposed to be secure, motorcycles and bikes have been stolen from parking garages, roads are not maintained and there are many potholes and cracks. When I voiced my concerns to management, it was dismissed and I was told “crime is just on the rise.” Secure areas do not have security cameras. If you are looking for an area that is safe, you may want to think elsewhere.

I am going on my 3rd year as a resident of The Gates. I continue to be in love with where I live. Everything about it is beyond excellent. The grounds are beautiful and tranquil with the ponds and fountains not to mention the resort like pool area. The management team are always very friendly and willing to meet the needs of the tenants. The maintenance crew is exceptional responding to requests in a timely and professional manner. They keep the grounds looking pristine all year long. The best of all is the location: close to freeways, shopping, and a beautiful walking path across the street at the Carlson Center that is accessible all year long. You can even cross country ski there in the winter! All in all, The Gates is the perfect place to live. I can't imagine living anywhere else.
