Great unit, price is similar to other spots in printers row/south loop. Cold plunge is awesome. -1 star for expensive parking, lobby smells like the dog sitter, no free weights/racks in gym (just smith machine).

Elevators are too slow. Apartment is always hot when it’s sunny, like a sweat box. Package room is slow sometimes. Some of the materials are cheap. Can’t cook anything without setting off a smoke alarm. Overall not a bad building though.

Overall good experience but can get very loud on weekends and lots of non resident guests using amenities on weekends. Elevators take a long time.

Our building facilities and common areas are great and I've lived in four different buildings in Chicago downtown area, we have the best front desk and security service here. They are friendly, helpful, and make me feel save. However, just like anyother buildings, our building management team isn't very responsive whenever I reach out for help. Sometimes I need to reach out to them multippultime for resolving one matter.

Beautiful building with top of the line amenities. Staff all around are great, very friendly and helpful. Location within south loop is a mix of walkable and quiet.
It's a very nice community. I enjoy everything it has to offer and the people I meet. I love the view from my apartment!!!! I love the different amenities from the workout room and the view to the hot tub and sauna! Enjoy the location as well very much!

Quality apartments, modern appliances, and fantastic views. The amenities are a huge bonus. My favorite is the rooftop terrace / garden and free coffee on the 7th floor!

I've really enjoyed living in this building for the past couple years. This is our first apartment in Chicago and we chose it almost immediately after touring. It's perfect distance between my fiancés office and where I attend law school. I will say since getting new management there have been a couple of hiccups. We were gone for a couple months of the summer and had our car broken into to take the garage transponder. Management didn't really do much in that situation. The maintenance situation has also been weird since we got new management. Multiple times we've had maintenance workers come by the apartment at 7pm or later to fix non-emergent requests. Our ice maker has also been broken for months and we've had multiple people come "check" it but say the same things about turning it on for another week and letting it run. Beyond the management changes, the building and amenities are nice and the location is great.

Living at Arrive Michigan Avenue is an unparalleled pleasure. The building staff members are very accommodating and cordial. Repairs and maintenance are accomplished quickly and efficiently. Great building and community. The amenities are awesome, especially the incredible view to the city from the outdoor deck and to the lake from the gym (so spoiled). Building has a good co-working space, hot tub, dog run, game room and delicious coffee. I love this place.

The Paragon rocks with its sleek vibe and killer views.– it's like the architects knew exactly what we all needed. They've got this cool pool, a top-notch gym, and hangout spots that make you want to chill all day. The service is on point too. I was one of the First tenants when the Paragon opened.Things are not as efficient. Maintenance is Poor.Staff changes often. Security could be better.Some Neighborhoods with Pets do not Cleanup waste. Front Desk personnel is constantly changing. Jacuzzi needs to be cleaned more often. New Tenants need to be Screened More Thoroughly.The Pool furniture should be Covered for Winter Months. When I first moved in the furniture would stored inside some Where,Now it’s Kept outside in the Elements.

I really love living here, the gym, sauna, and hot tub are my favorite amenities. The staff if very kind and they do an amazing job of keeping the building nice and safe. We are super close to the orange, red, and green line— and two grocery stores. I also love how close we are to the water front.

Our unit itself is very nice, however, I would say the building is not maintained very well, and as you live here longer you realize the elevators are often dirty and the common spaces do not feel very welcoming (smells bad/very cold in the winter...). A lot of details are not very user-friendly, and the leasing office is not the most helpful.

The building and amenities are awesome. We got a great view of the lake from our apartment, can't get over it! The city view from the party room and the rooftop is breathtaking. The people at the front desk and office are very friendly and helpful. Great place to live .
