I am a new tenant, and I have loved the experience from the moment of contacting the leasing office, to the move-in. Everything has been seamless, and we have received great support every step of the way.

My roommate and I have been very pleased! The unit itself is beautiful, and the rest of the building is also so nice. Management always says hello and is happy to help with any problems, and the other residents are so friendly.

I’ve only just moved in so I can’t give a full review, but so far has been alright. The staff are kind and get things done, but my biggest issue is that although things will get done, they often require me to ask multiple times before it’s completed, or they make mistakes, which gets frustrating. The amenities are nice but often small things around the building are broken. Overall the unit is very nice and the view is phenomenal. I like that it feels like a community and they host events and have pet of the month, etc. There’s just a lot of minor issues that may get in your nerves overtime.

Seems great so far! Some small issues in the beginning, but were resolved quickly. Really effective and great communication from the housing team, especially a lot of gratitude to Chad, amazing gentleman that helped a lot.

I hate it I hate it I hate I do not enjoy living here at all especially the shared parking garage I can’t wait too move the only thing I enjoy here is the view!!

I’ve been here a year and a half. Only a minor issue with the washer/dryer upon move in which was corrected. Very quiet floor, clean common areas. Concierge is very nice.

My overall living experience has been everything BUT luxurious. The unit is extremely outdated and wasn’t even cleaned when I moved in. I had problems with the office staff since day one. The whole year I had large spiders living on my balcony. The office staff was not nice at all. I felt like I was burdening the property manager anytime her or her team made a mistake. I was so tired of the attitudes I just stopped reporting things and decided not to renew my lease. I’d rather pay more somewhere else if it means friendlier staff. My unit always smells mildewy, my neighbor throws parties during the weekdays that run past 3AM, everything in the building is always shutdown due to maintenance, and the printers never work. The two stars are ONLY for the view. The whole experience reminded me of what I think staying at a cheap motel would be like.

We have moved in recently and really love it so far. Great amenities and beautiful views, with super kinda and helpful staff. Sometimes maintenance takes longer than ideal but other than that we love it!

it’s been great place to live overall! the amenities are nice and it’s in a really good location. the parking can be a lot especially during events at solider field but otherwise a great place to live

I love my unit and the overall amenities the building has to offer. Building leasing office and building staff are nice, friendly, and very helpful. However, the business center computers can be updated to work more frequently and the pool table needs new pool sticks and balls.

So far the experience has been good. The front desk safe very helpful. Our biggest concern is getting everything we need fixed in our home done in a timely manner but other than that it's a nice building.

My apartment look amazing and I love it, however an equipment was old and not working, hence the 4 stars, the environment is perfect and the staff are very friendly.

I recently moved here and overall, I feel quite positive about my experience so far. The place is very clean and well-maintained, which gives me a sense of comfort and safety. I appreciate the effort put into keeping the environment tidy and secure, making it a pleasant place to live. The neighborhood feels peaceful, and I’ve noticed that safety is taken seriously, which is very important to me. However, I do find the reservation for the parking spot process a bit complicated and somewhat cumbersome. I called several time still haven't resolve the problem yet, which can be time-consuming and frustrating, especially when you’re eager to settle in quickly. It would be helpful if the process could be streamlined or made more straightforward to enhance the overall experience for new residents. Despite this minor inconvenience, I am generally satisfied with my decision to move here. The cleanliness and safety are definitely highlights.

I love my apartment but management is subpar. You have to connect with the property management company to get the property manager to respond to emails. Unit repairs, at no fault of my own take a long time with no accommodations to me as a resident. The gym was nice but now one of the peloton is gone and one of the treadmills is missing a set of buttons.

Lovely views and amenities. Move in process has been pretty smooth. A lot of steps but they are all outlined well by on-site staff. There were a few issues with the apartment during move in but it seems the on/site maintenance is pretty quick to respond to fix them.

My move-in experience was the worst I’ve ever had as a renter. There have been improvements to property management’s customer service but no accountability for the literal chaos I went through for almost 2 months after signing my lease.

This apartment offers a comfortable and modern living space, ideal for both short and long-term stays. The open-concept layout is bright and spacious, with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The bedroom is cozy, and the bathroom is clean and functional. The building amenities, including a gym and pool, are well-maintained. Located in a convenient area, it’s close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The only downside is occasional street noise. Overall, it’s a great value for the price. Highly recommended!

So far so good, all of the resident's I’ve met so far have been nice and friendly the area is beautiful at night. The building is very clean and updated. I have all of the night life bars and restaurant's in walking distance (200ft-500ft)

I love love this community and I hope they love me it’s been beautiful so far! L love how they engage the residents for different holidays! Management is truly understanding and friendly!

The apartment is very nice & leasing officers are very helpful & it's appreciable. The swimming pool & hot tub very awesome here even gym management is all so good.

Moving into my new apartment has been an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by how spacious and thoughtfully designed the layout is. The natural light flooding through the large windows creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the modern finishes throughout give it a sleek, upscale feel.

Arrive Lex is a beautiful apartment community with many additional perks for residents. It sometimes takes longer than expected for maintenance requests.

I like the area very convenient and close to public transportation. I like the building clean friendly maintenance workers. And also close to stores and restaurants. The staff is nice and courteous.

Great area to live in with friendly staff. It is pet friendly. The amenities are nice (pool, gym, business center, and party room). Maintenance completes work orders promptly.

Things are not like they used to be it doesn't seem like the community so many restrictions not able to talk to anyone in the office speak anyone in the office regarding matters that you may have it's always I'll I don't have time to talk with you now I'm not feeling this Community

great move-in experience. easy parking for moving trucks. staff very friendly. easy to setup all apartment utilities and services. nice location that’s not too busy but still feels like you’re in the city.

Great maintenance staff, concierges and cleaning staff. Great clean common areas. Nice spacious apartment. Great gym. Only bad part are some neighbors that smoke in the building.

I love it here everyone is extremely nice I love the pool area and gym . My office experience and maintenance has been done in a timely manner as well

Front Desk and Garbage 1. There is ann older lady at the front desk. A lot of the time she comes off as if she’s irritated or simply does not like her job. Even when I smile at her she doesn’t smile back and it’s just not welcoming. When she calls up for guests or food deliveries , it’s not a pleasant experience…. The trash is a huge problem as it’s been backed up several times and just left in the hallways. I’d love to see this issue handled better. Thanks!

Unclogged Common Area Trash Chute Request to have trash chute unclogged was handled timely.

My apartment is large and spacious, maintenance comes with within an hour if I report a problem, and I have the pool at my disposal! Very happy living here.

So far so good! Moved in a few days ago but everyone is very nice and helpful. The office team has guided me well. Had a few maintenance request and those were promptly taken care of too.

Moved to this apartment in the month of December and really loving it. One thing I request the management is to take necessary measures to control the smoking activities inside the building. Although they do send the notices it is not helping.

Overall this is a safe and enjoyable building. I like the convenience of the amenities offered. Management needs improvement. The maintenance team is great.

Moving in was smooth. Neighbors are nice and super helpful. I appreciated how much assistance is provided when moving in. Units are clean. The amenities are great. Gym is spacious and all the equipment needed to do a full workout.

Leasing The leasing process was great. We needed a two month rental and they were able to help us out on short notice. Very appreciative.

The maintenance staff is always professional and responds to request in a timely manner.

Brilliant apartment with great views and amazing staff. All the amenities are well maintained and service requests are addressed in a timely manner.

I have been living here for quite awhile now and it has been far from an enjoyable stay. While the unit is nice itself, the condition of the building is very poor. On numerous occasions there is poop and pee (I assume from a pet but I am giving the benefit of the doubt there) in the elevators, the sixth floor hallway, and parking garage. The hallways smell terrible and garbage is often overflowing the trash chutes, adding to an already terrible smell. The smell of marijuana/cigarette smoke is frequently coming from other units and will even cause your unit to smell. Other residents in the building are loud and obnoxious, blasting music all through the night and mornings, even screaming in the hallways whenever they are asked to turn the music down. Because of this, babies are constantly screaming and dogs barking. This has been going on for weeks and management either can do nothing about it or voluntary chooses not to do anything about it. Police are frequently at the building. Packages get stolen from the package room that is supposed to be secure, but is commonly left sitting wide open. The dog run is filthy and there are always mounds of poop left by irresponsible residents, which management seems to have no control over. Many maintenance requests fail to properly/permanent fix what is broken. While the unit itself is decent, the conditions/experience of the building itself make Arrive Lex a terrible place to live. Your money would be better spent elsewhere.

Trying to get a hold of someone in the leasing office was difficult at first but once I got through and started communication with the leasing agent, everything went pretty fast and the process was easy. I moved here from out of state, and everything was done remotely. The building is fairly clean and it is so convenient to have the dog run as well as the lounge area. The apartment looks a little worn but it works great for me and my wife and our two dogs. The balcony is great to have too! Overall a pleasant experience so far.

We have lived here since June 2022 and will probably renew our lease for the third consecutive year. The maintenance staff is speedy and efficient. We didn't have any major issues while living here. The only complaint is that the garage is open to the public and the outside people are sometimes a little messy.

For the most part, Our living experience has been pleasant and enjoyable. Any problems. issues and/or concerns have been addressed within an acceptable and fair manner.

I have lived here for four years when I first came the community was very nice . There was cleaning on each floor every day now I rarely see them clean my floor within a month. Pets use the washroom throughout the patio area and in the summer. Sometimes the pets are in the pool area when it's clearly a sign that says no pets. Most of the pets are very large. In the summer you can rarely use the barbecue pit due to some of the residents saving the barbecue pits for their visitors. Which makes it hard for you to barbecue something quick . I wish that things will go back to the way they were. It was much more Pleasant to live here.

The receptionist warmly welcomed us and went out of her way to find alternative units when the one we had scheduled to see was already leased. Her patience and friendliness stood out throughout our visit. Kudos to her!

Service was perfect and in the same day that I requested

It has been great living here. The people are so nice and the staff is so helpful. I honestly couldn’t have chose a better place to live. I will say, I wish the jacuzzi worked.

Its great i am a student and having the library center is useful when my computer is not working or i need to print it’s available 24/7 The staff is always a great help no question is too small

I’m so glad I chose arrive as my new home they have a Great staff and beautiful building closed to everything accessible to the express indoor parking
