Nathaly and Gabby are very helpful and informative, the apartment I applied to looks the same as when I toured
If you like roaches, a broken laundry facility, constant stop and go outside maintenance (which could have been done in weeks and has dragged out into months), an office staff that does not care, and filing multiple maintenance requests with no response, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, move somewhere better.
I've been staying in these apartments since September and I regret it everyday. First problem is the leasing agents. They are rude and don't care about their tenants. Latoya to be exact. I had a leak under my sink and she told me to get a towel and clean it up. Not to mention it took 2 weeks to get someone out to my apartment. Second problem is the parking lot. Too many potholes! The building is slowly falling apart. Next problem is the water bill. When I first moved in it was no more than $25. Now I'm paying over $60. I called in to see why and she tells me it's because of the occupancy of my apartment. It's only my daughter (which is 2) and myself that stays there. Big big scam! Run far far away please! I don't usually leave reviews but for the headache I went through I don't want anyone else to go through it.
I've lived here for a little over 2 years and love it. The Management are really nice ladies and very easy to work with. It's a quiet complex and everyone who lives here are are such nice people. You're a block away from ATT Stadium and Ranger's Park. So If you want to go watch a game, you can just walk and not pay $100 for parking. There are alot of things to do nearby, and you're just a skip away from I-30. It's also really safe. The cops are always cruising the neighborhood, and sometimes, they'll come into the complex and park to do paperwork or take a break. The apartments are very roomy compared to elsewhere in the Metroplex. I live in one of the townhouse ones. The loft is huge, has it's own bathroom and private entrance. I haven't seen the other apartments, but I've heard from neighbors they are really nice too. During the summer, the pool is a popping place, and a good way to meet neighbors. I really like it and plan on staying here long-term.
We stopped by here hoping to have good luck. Even though they unfortunately could not approve us the girl in the office LaToya was beyond helpful she gave us lots of information. Driving around the complex we were very happy with what we saw and would have chosen these apartments in a heartbeat if we could have.
It has very old appliances no dog park no gym management was changed since we signed our lease and they are not understanding whatsoever its a very old community, and it needs to be renewed i would not recommend it to anyone.
Perfect location. In walking distance to Ranger and AT&T stadium, shops, and restaurants. Also close to UTA campus. Quiet neighborhood with gated access.
Could be amazing (no problems, right price) or it could be terrible (smells bad, cock roaches and other problems)
I love the location. Plenty of trees. Only real problem with my unit is that the sidewalk outside my front door has been broken by tree roots and when it rains there is a substantial amount of standing water that does not drain quickly. Management has been told of the problem, but nothing has been done to permanently fix it.

I enjoyed the visit. Staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. Follow-up emails from management were timely and appreciated.
