I was the first to move here 2020. Quite friendly. Cindy is the BEST manager. This place is clean. Best price for two bedroom 2 bathroom. Close to First Colony Mall.
This is by far one of the best apartment complex to rent and live in within stafford and houston area. The apartment is clean and very serene. The property manager Cindy was very helpful and answered all my questions. i will highly recommend this place.
No amenities. Neighbor have loud music every night. Dog without lease leave poop every where. Trash can full every day and it is stink. Some guys stand smoking every afternoon. Bad environment for kids. Call and email management but they never answer back. Cannot wait until my lease is over. Save yourself find some place else.
I don’t even know where to start, don’t even waste your time applying here. Got the run around about my application being processed like it’s just soo many problems I’ve had just save yourself the time and look else where
Let me star off by saying there is no gym, pool, barley even a leasing office. The floor plans listed on website is not what they have on the property and the prices are also different. I went to view apartments a about two weeks ago they are VERY nice. But you have to provide your own washer & dryer. The leasing agent is VERY unprofessional and unorganized i did my application in office and online paid my fees and NEVER heard back once I did hear back it was a text saying I need to pay my fees to continue with the process I called the number listed on the website and it’s the number to another LOCATION !!!! Sooo I paid my fees and I still don’t know if I got approved for the apartment never received a curiosity call nobody followed up with me like I’m super upset if I could give ZERO stars I would’ve.
