Kannapolis is a medium-sized city in central North Carolina. It’s a nice location for commuters—the drive to downtown Charlotte is under forty minutes via Interstate 85, and Amtrak runs a route between Kannapolis and Charlotte as well.
Kannapolis is very friendly to residents who like to stay active, with numerous public parks and a series of running and biking trails collectively known as “The Loop” on the north side of town. As the hometown of the legendary Earnhardt racing family, NASCAR is interwoven into the city’s identity—the local minor league baseball team is even named the Kannapolis Intimidators in honor of the late Dale Earnhardt Sr., the team’s former owner.

I just signed another 1 year lease (my 3rd one). The staff is very friendly & always there when I have any questions/concerns. The maintenance guys (Kevin & Anthony) are wonderful! They do a great job, very friendly, and are thorough when solving any maintenance issues that I have! I highly recommend Argento @ Kellswater Bridge!

This community provides excellent customer service and comfortable living. The front office customer service exceeds the standards. I was able to be assisted with my current apartment when I was deployed and now I love my community; so I can’t imagine what an individual would experience if they are present and they go through the apartment processing. The apartments a NEW and up to date on all appliances. I haven’t had one question go unanswered. I would recommend anyone to come be apart of ARGENTO! I’m a witness!
