Argenta

Great location, downtown area so comedy club, beer hall, great food and ramen (nojo ramen is very close by and it’s some of the best in the city) but what’s cool about it being next to everything is that the community/neighborhood itself is really quiet. So go out have a good time come home to peace and quiet. It’s also pet friendly and there’s a gym here. The floor to ceiling windows as a person who needs indoor natural lighting is amazing and I don’t know how frequently they wash the windows but they washed all windows 3 weeks after I moved in. I’m new here but I’m starting to really love this place and location (:

The management team, maintenance team, and cleaning team are all aligned and work very well together. They are always professional, polite, and patient - their work ethic is exceptional and they make the community a wonderful place to live. They all create a positive environment which creates community and a sense of belonging. Friendly and diverse community who actually get to know each other. Centrally located - can walk or take great public transportation options and be almost anywhere in the city within minutes - no need to take expensive ride share vehicles. I like that there are green bins for compost - helps the environment. Many other neighborhoods within walking distance. Cultural locations like symphony, opera, ballet and library are nearby the building. Overall an excellent experience - thank you.

They have been nothing but a Dream where I can call Argenta home that's what everybody wants to be safe and to call somewhere home and Argenta you can do that. Leasing agents all the way to Janitorial this building is very friendly, caring, and I'm happy that I live here.

Argenta is the first apartment community that feels like a home. I'm so glad to have neighbors and a team like argenta.

Given its location, one is immediately struck by the convenience of navigating the city, whichever mode of transportation you choose. The apartments are bright, quiet and spacious.

After 22 years in San Francisco, I have found my dream apartment! My unit is quiet, well maintained, and the open layout gives me so much space. The front door staff, as well as the leasing staff, are super friendly and always there to greet me when I come home. The location is super convenient to everything, so you have easy access to the freeway, MUNI train lines, shopping, and anything else the Bay Area has to offer. I highly recommend Argenta to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home!

The facility technicians at the Argenta Apartments are excellent skilled individuals. They are completing tickets within a respected timeframe and communicating well on how they resolved the issues. It's great!

Great views, great use of layout, very clean and a vending machine available in the lobby that comes in handy. Love that there is a designated place for packages and its easy from Amazon to drop off groceries.

Argenta offers a great environment & well kept property. The staff is great!

Front lobby, leasing office, and maintenance office staff are all very friendly and responsive to any questions or issues.

I can say, other than the construction companies working 24/7, my stay at Argenta is good. One thing that is appealing is the multitude of public transportation and groceries available, as well as unlimited art and performance art just blocks away.

The Argenta building is in the city's premier location, and you can be in several neighborhoods within 15 minutes.

Argenta is located at a very convenient location, it is clean and peaceful.

We have been very disappointed living at Argenta and wouldn't recommend to anyone thinking about moving in. There seems to be no attention provided to the many complaints residents have had about broken amenities in the building. One or both of the elevators have been broken in this building for 80% of the time we've lived here. Use of the trash chute being discontinued due to not being able to/or unwilling to fix the blockage is unacceptable. We've had guests comment on how strange it is that trash lines the hallways bc we are not allowed to use our own shoot? We were also told upon move in that the windows would be washed at least twice a year, and we asked to confirm this upon move in. This has not happened and the one time windows were washed in 2020 was a hose down. They still look awful. We had high hopes for Argenta when moving in, but have been extremely disappointed over the last year.

The apartment building is in a good location. Many amenities (groceries, gyms, public library) is within walking distance. The apartment is cleaned and maintained well by the staff and the leasing office staff and concierge are friendly and helpful. So far we are really enjoying our stay here.

I have been a resident at Argenta apartments for 2 1/2 years. For the most part the staff is friendly kind and courteous dainty percent of the time maintenance shows up within the 24 hour. The only drawback is that it is a bit noisy on the outside world since it sits on the corners of Polk Marquette and fell most likely youll hear several emergency vehicles throughout the night

Modern, new building with bonus floor to ceiling windows. Management is very responsive and courteous, seeing to our needs right away. Front desk has the best customer service.

As a resident of Argenta for over 6 years I would recommend living here. The building management here is awesome & responsive. During these quarantine times they have been attentive and sensitive to residents' needs. The maintenance crew is also amazing. Linda G.

I have not had the best experience here. Unfortunately, I will not be staying when my lease expires.

One elevator has been out for weeks and the other is now getting stuck on a daily basis. The only "functional" elevator is now getting so loud from overuse that you can hear it throughout the entire building and it's difficult to sleep. I was really liking this property originally, but they are cutting a lot of corners. They even removed the coffee machine from the lounge. There is absolutely no way I'll be extending my lease.

I have lived at Argenta for 5 years and can definitely recommend the building & staff. Great sense of community, well maintained and great floor plans!

Fantastic building in a great area of SF, close to downtown, Mission and right at Hayes Valley. The staff are friendly, genuine and so easy to approach. AND - they respond to requests very quickly.

As a four-year Argenta resident, Im happy to live in the best location in SF in term of convenience! Walking distance from big company shuttles, BART/muni and grocery stores! Community has always been great too!

Fast becoming the best apartment block I've ever lived in - and I've lived all over the world. Superb responsive, solution seeking staff who go the extra mile every time. SF is far from cheap...but you get every Penny's worth in this building.

I tell people about my living at the argenta. I've renewed my lease for another 12 months. The only thingI'm worried about is the crime, which seems to drop a little. and then parking!!!

Extremely clean, modern apartment complex with friendly tenants. Not a great sense of community yet but I've only been at Argenta for a week so far. The front desk associates/concierge is always friendly and greets me in the door, helps me with packages. The move in process was very easy and convenient and the location is right across from the Twitter building and a great market.

This is a nice and quiet place to live with an awesome staff.(so far)..Lol
